We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. HORRIBLE!! Flakes!! They do NOT show up for appointments. I took two days off from work.... They cancelled on me the first day and the next day they rescheduled for 12:30PM and they were a no show!! I called them and their response was "oh we were told we could come out any time...." Right....because so many people can take two days off from work to wait for a soft water system repair......BS!!

Service Tech thoroughly checked our soft water system and gave us instructions on how to use the system in the future. Very educational!

I gave 3 stars due to cost. $450.00 to my opinion was too much just to have a shower valve installed. I had opened up the drywall for easy access and all that was needed was for the technician to make 3 solder joints. I'm 75 years old but I wished I had done it myself. The actual work was done fine but the technician had a table for various charges and that is what was he used for the charge.

James was on time, professional, and very pleasant. He got the job done, addressed all my questions and explained the features of the water heater. And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.

Champion sent Andrew to look at a plumbing issue for us. He found a large problem -- pipe under ground had broken. He had his supervisor come over to check it out as well. Jason and Andrew showed me, via their pipe camera, that the pipe had indeed failed. My house is 60 years old , so repairs were not a complete surprise...but never easy to hear.

Andrew had to dig, dig, dig! He worked diligently to fix the problem.

Andrew did an excellent job of accessing the situation, thinking of the game plan, and implementing it with success.

Adam was my technician for a major stoppage issue with a new house. I was nervous because of the reviews but everyone from the reception to the plumber was amazing. The issue was ongoing and Adam fixed it in one visit. This was through home warranty so I cannot comment on pricing. He never asked for a dime and was very thoughtful and thorough and great communication. He let me know i have 30 days to let them know if I have any further issues. Thank you!

i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.
