I used ATR to install a security door, mount a tv, and to install an outdoor electrical outlet, as our home was somehow built without one. We’d been running everything outside from an extension cord through our garage. I’m grateful for the recommendation of ATR! They went right to work and did all the jobs quickly and professionally. I had a leak in the walkout deck that was damaging the deck and showing underneath the patio with some mold. Joe, from House Doctors, came out and explained what would need done and quoted the estimate. Joe handled everything. At the time they did not have a roofer on their team so Joe contacted an outside contractor that he knew did quality work and managed the whole process. The work was done on time and each person that came out to do part of the job was professional and did solid work.

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)

My husband and I are moving into a new home and wanted a shelf installed in the Laundry Room before we moved in. We were referred to Solutec by the Leasing Agent. I received a response to my email immediately and the shelf was installed within a few days. Before and after photos were included and the shelf is perfect, exactly what we wanted. I just called to see if interested in work! When answer phone he was unprofessional just a hello not a company greeting. . Was pretty rude honetly! then before finshed talking it was im busy it be a month and hung up. Sounds like you need a break or find another carrer not dealing with public!!

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

I have used Arid Valley Services multiple times for all my bike maintenance and repairs. They provide quality service for a great price. All work has been done on time with explanations and recommendations of service. He has years of experience providing great customer service. I will continue to use them for all bike repairs and other handyman services in the future.

Used Desert Ridge Handyman in install a ceiling Fan, and replace a faucet, and patch some stucco for me. On time, did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable. I'll use him again next time I have a project.

I don't know why Jeremy is getting good reviews. Where to begin. He overcharged me for materials and admitted it to my face, left a huge mess in my yard and I had to make him redo work that he did wrong. I paid for two guys and his assistant left at noon. That left Jeremy working until 7pm because he didn't want to come back the next day. I called him to come back and clean up the mess he left in my yard and he said he was too busy and might come the following week. He also stated that I don't sit around on disability like some people, I have to work for a living. basically mocking my disability. He did not come back for over a week to clean up the huge mess of concrete slurry, broken glass, etc. only because I lured him there with a promise of more work (but I will never hire him again). When Jeremy finally did show up with his assistant, they made a token effort at cleaning up my yard and I had to go behind the two of them three times and point out all the mess they didn't pick up. I shouldn't have to babysit someone who is supposed to be a licensed bonded contractor. My 75 year old neighbor does better work than he does. Do not hire this guy...he promises a lot and smiles a lot - trying to be charming - but he doesn't deliver. He is VERY shady.
