Super Company:Jeff serviced my two Trane A/C-Heat units. He was a very pleasant person to deal with, worked efficiently, gave me some helpful hints, and was very friendly.He also did not try to sell me something (unlike I have experienced with another company in the past)!The Hays Cooling & Heating LLC company has serviced my units since 9/2010, and I have alway had excellent service and help from not only the technicians, but from the office personnel, to even the owner!Thanks you from a very satisfied customer.

We really appreciated that they were able to come out so quickly, but that's all I can say about them that is positive.There was a knock at the door (it's evening and dark) and when I open the door, the guy from Penguin is standing there. He doesn't say a word. No hello I am from Penguin or you called for your AC? nothing. I stepped aside and he walked into the home and went to the thermostat which is in the hallway not far from the front door. Then he just stood there and looked at me.I explained the issue and told him the easiest way to get on the roof was from the front. He went up, without talking, was up there for a few minutes then came back down.He showed us images that he took but they were all blurry and we couldn't tell what he was showing us. Then he spoke! He said it would be $4500 to fix the problem or $15,000 to replace the unit and that with $1000 right now, he would charge the unit so we could have some cooling until Saturday when he would install. It was Thursday.We didn't appreciate him at all. It was evident he didn't want to be there and was likely on call. He seemed upset and then when we said we would think about it (it was 89 inside our house at the time) he just left. When the next repair guy came to do an estimate, he mentioned there were several screws just sitting around the unit. That guy (who we didn't end up using) went back up to the roof and put all the screws back in that the Penguin guy had left out.So all in all, a bad experience which was not what we were expecting. We don't even know the guys name.UPDATE: I contacted them at the number they provided. It's a generic CSR number and they assured me they would pass on my information to address this review. Nobody has returned that call, it's been two weeks.

Big smile, quick service.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

They worked with our time available and were very thorough in explaining our options. Fixed it the next day and can now breathe that water is not spraying and wasting all over back yard.

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

The technician called ahead and gave a time of arrival, was very courteous, clearly explained our options, are provided an accurate estimate of the possible costs that might be incurred. The service was quick and efficient, and there was no mess inside or outside the house. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will use them again!

I called Lincoln AC because our AC unit stoped working. The girl on line was great setting me up, and in just one hour the service technician showed up. We had the pleasure of working with Aaron and I can't stress enough how great he was to work with. We are so grateful for his kindness, professionalism and commitment to getting our unit working properly. Knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we weren't able to get the tune-up done on the AC Units because the thermostats weren't kicking the machines on, Daniel was very informative and helpful. Looks like we'll be setting up a service call with Ace in the future once we get the go ahead to service the thermostats. Overall positive experience.

The service attention to detail the cleanliness the timeliness there is no reason not to give five stars. Haley was so professional and would take his time to explain everything and show me what his findings were and that I got a two-year guarantee our problem that I've had to deal with for over a year or two. When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!

He sold what I required and did not oversell. I was impressed with the crew's professional attitude, their precision focus on work and especially their cleanup after the work was done.

While I struggled with no A/C on the 2nd floor for more than a week, these guys gave me a quote and I approved the quote at 8 pm MST yesterday night and they came in at 7 am MST this morning and finished the work.

Our AC stopped working and we called George Brazil who sent out Curtis from their sister company Patrick Riley. Curtis was very professional. Very detailed in his diagnostics. His detailed explanations and personable nature was greatly appreciated. He gave us all the details needed to be able to make a decision for a new unit installation.

Mike was outstanding yesterday. He called to say he finished his last job early and asked if it was ok to come early. Amazing! When he arrived he was professional and yet personable, loved it. He told us what he was going to do and after he was done gave us an update and asked if we had any questions and addressed our question.
