This company is a bunch of crooks. They charge way to much and do crappy work. Trying to get them back is impossible after you pay them.

Unfortunately I have to contact the ROC. Don't waste your time. There are so many other creditable plumbers out there.

Fantastic. Across multiple experiences with Pink Plumbing, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price might not be the cheapest, but it is very fair for the quality and service provided.

Recently, Lou helped fix my water heater. He showed up on time, with text reminders. He worked promptly and included me on any decisions. And then he spent time afterwards to provide tips for not running into my issue again.

Called them in the afternoon after I had discovered I had a slab leak. They said they could send someone over the next day, between 1:00 and 4:00, to locate the leak. The charge for locating a slab leak would be 225.00. The plumber showed up at 4:30. I arrived a few minutes later. He had shutoff the valve for the water heater, and told me it was a cold water leak. I told him that I had already done that, and knew it was a cold water leak, and also because I had cut an access hole in the hall bathroom, and could hear the cold water line had a leak. He then mentioned that it might be a leak in the line between the meter and the main shutoff for the house. I told him I had already checked that with the main shutoff. It was a leak under the slab. He then said that it was too late in the day to locate the leak, but they could repair it the next week, and gave a ballpark estimate, not knowing where the leak was at all. For this, they charged 178.00, claiming that the technician determined that it was a slab leak, and it was the cold water side. I already knew this, I wanted them to find the leak. All he ended up doing was turning off the valve on the water heater, which he neglected to turn back on when he left. He determined that it was a slab leak because I told him what I had done to determine it was a slab leak. When i called to dispute the charge, I was told someone would contact me. They never did.

The job was a tough re-route of a water line in a flat roof house but JR and his crew worked late to get our water back on. They were diligent in cleaning up, they were professional in their work and the price was right. Thank you JR. You will be used for all of our future plumbing needs.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. I contacted Custom Plumbing and they were out the next day and ON TIME. Jose was very professional, came in and assessed the issue, grabbed his tool and the job was done within a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this company if you want quality, professional work done by an experienced individual and reliable, reputable company. Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Should we need anything in the future, we absolutely will be using Aussie. Thank you all!

I had just recently found this company through an on-line ad in my local paper where I needed plumbing repair work done right away. I made sure I did some research on this and several other companies before I made my decision based previous online comments and recommendations.



The service technician (Eric Munoz) assigned came by and diagnosed the problem immediately. He explained to me the issue that I was having and actually showed me the problem first hand when the repair work was being conducted. He is very professional, courteous, and honest!!! The repair work was done in a reasonable timely manner.



Based on the experience with both the company and the service technician I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!!!!
