We were having a pretty simple stoppage in our kitchen sink. We tried snaking ourselves and we tried vinegar and baking soda but couldn’t get it unclogged. With three kids at home during summer break, we needed it fixed. A friend of mine in Texas is a plumber and recommended Robin’s Plumbing. Grant came over the next day. He was on time, he snakes the drain and explained our pipes are made of galvanized steel. We live in an older neighborhood, so that made sense, and he gave us regular maintenance tips we can do ourselves. He was great and the price was fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. It was the day before we left on vacation and all of a sudden our lines backed up and started coming up through the bathtubs and sinks. I was in a panic, but Diamondback was able to come out in just a few short hours. The two men that came out were very nice and extremely efficient. TOO BIG TO CARE!They replaced my hvac through Costco.I repaired the first roof water leak myself.They were the only contractors on my new asphalt shingle roof.I requested them to repair the ripped shingles and re-route the drain line so as to not have a white piece of pvc pipe running down the roof so it did not look so, LACKING IN PRIDE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP; and instead attach the drain to the existing drain line, I was told someone else would have to look at the ripped shingles. They did re-route the drain and tarred over the (2) new holes in the new roof, in so doing caused yet another water leak on the existing drain line in the roof. I patched this one myself also and canceled the followup visit to Repair the ripped shingles, as it was apparent to me anytime they are on my roof I must inspect the attic at the next Rain and Repair the leak myself. I eventually tarred over the ripped shingles myself as they had already tarred over all the un-necessary penetrations they put in my new roof and assumed that was there standard of craftsmanship.During the initial install they removed the elbow with a Sledge Hammer, causing such noise and vibration throughout the house I offered to let them use my cutting tools so as to not damage other ares in the house. Now when the unit runs you hear vibrations throughout the house. The ceiling in the living room has a crack, yet I am done with these guys.I was supposed to get a $200 rebate from APS 8-12 weeks after installation. After numerous calls now being 14 weeks later, still no check.I fed and tipped all workers that came to the house, and this is what I get for the close to $10,000 I paid.I would suggest Costco dis-associate themselves from this company.

The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. The service Rep was Jack M. and he was friendly, efficient and he completed the job without any troubles! He was easy to talk with and was able to answer all my questions.

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.
