When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

We hired Praveen and his team to do a ton of repairs on the outside of our house as well as our stucco fence and paint our house. They also did a lot of stucco repair on our house and fence. They did a phenomenal job. They had a very tight deadline to work with and as we were planning a party and needed everything completed before then.
