I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out. They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced. We were having issues with our sewer line. Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues. They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.



About a month later we started to have issues again. This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers. We were on a wait list but they got here by noon. They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge). Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil). Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.

We had Daniel from Deer Valley Plumbing install four sink faucets for us. Daniel was very careful, extremely courteous, punctual and respectful of our house and property. Due to age and condition several turn off valves also needed to be replaced. When finished he cleaned up the job site. He had an assist from Lorenzo, who was also a careful excellent worker. We are very glad that we chose Deer Valley Plumbing for the work, that they were able to schedule it in these difficult times, that the work was professional and carefully completed.

The Technician, Jason that came to my house was very nice and knew what he was doing. He showed me the problem and repaired the connection under my toilet in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

Allen was awesome. I called him at 4 PM on a Friday he came by 5 PM and had the job done by 7 PM on a Friday night. Fantastic service, I highly recommend.

I had a hose bib start leaking, and then found out my house's water shutoff valve did not operate fully when trying to slow the leak. I called Champion and they came out in a hurry to find my leak, replace the leaking hose bib, replace my water shutoff valve with a higher-reliability quarter-turn valve instead of the needle-valve it had, and also recommended and installed a whole-house pressure regulator to prevent future damage caused by the more frequent and severe pressure spikes that have been coming from the municipal water supply in Gilbert lately. They showed up fast, and on-time, were extremely courteous and completed a great-looking repair/upgrade all for about the same cost as other companies wanted just to come out and take a look "in a couple weeks when we can find someone with free time in your area". Absolute A++ for Champion's customer service and workmanship on this job!

Awful, Awful, Awful!!! Would rate less than one star if I could.

Company did not meet commitments on scheduling, did not return calls and when management got involved they also failed to meet commitments or return calls. Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY .
