Chris did a good job installing a new water heaters in my home in Glendale. I liked the attitude displayed on the job which is not what you always get from the plumber.

Appointment from 9 to 1, ok, long window but OK. They call me at 11:48 to say they are running late. Then they call me at 1:54 to say they need to reschedule for the next day. I kind of understand if it was a Monday, but it was a Tuesday. This place had good reviews too! Is this the kind of service we have just grown accustomed to? Christian Myhre came out to give me an estimate on a soft water loop and filtration system. He was extremely professional and knowledgable, knew the answer to all my questions and discussed other options that would solve my problems. I got estimates for multiple projects and would highly recommend Brewer and to request Christian specifically for your plumbing needs.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable on all his repairs. Did a great job and kept me informed on all the repairs. I’ll only use Parker and Sons from now on and hopefully Dave will be my repairman.

Our home has had a mysterious leak for months which was raising our water bill to astronomical prices. We had two other Plummers and leak detectors out here which charged us a ton of money and ultimately didnt solve our problem. I found Option One online after desperate research. Andrew was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to detect the source of our high water bill and immediately fix it. Option One does charge an additional fee per hour however Andrew made every effort to solve our problem within the first hour so as to not incur us any additional fees and he succeeded. I would highly recommend working with him.

Our 14 year old water heater gave out and we needed it replaced. Vance came out and was super informative and thorough. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very clear in what needed to be done in order to get one installed. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was done in a couple of hours. Very professional and courteous service.

Alan is knowledgeable, honest, shows on time, and has reasonable prices. He fixed our leaking shower valve, and installed a pressure regulator valve to reduce the high water pressure to use house. Highly recommend Springs Plumbing!

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.

I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.

Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.
