Omar came out as promised to investigate our plumbing leak. He was friendly and professional, quickly locating the source of the problem and recommended a restoration company for the water damage. That repair is now underway.

Was very appreciative of Kory and his cleanliness replacing my shower valve without damage to the tile. He was very respectful. Was impressed with his cleanliness and knowledge. He left me with a different perspective of plumbers.

Deer Valley Plumbing came to our house within 48 hours of an initial inquiry, and we were not previous customers. Remington spent time helping us evaluate the extent of the problem, and answered about a million of our questions. This assessment led to a re-pipe of the house, which was painful to undertake but needed to be done - in a hurry. We got a solid quote the next day and work began within 2 days of that. While we know this could have been done for a cheaper amount, we are glad that we invested in Deer Valley to complete all of the work for us. Not only are we happy with the quality, they had no issues including extras like replacing the water heater, fixtures, and other related work. The only negative was a bit of under-estimating the timeline for all work to be complete. Even so, Jared and Kayden went above and beyond to get water service restored. Rem, Wolfy, Jared, Kayden - thank you for your work, your kindness, and your dedication to doing quality work.

This is the second time I have used Peerless to assist with one of my investment properties. I had water backing up in my washer drain and needed a them to help find out what the issue was. Christian came out promptly and discovered the issue with a sewer scope/camera. He was extremely helpful in assisting me and the contractor determine both the problem and fix. I am so grateful I have these guys in my rolodex!

I called Hero Home Services due to a clogged drain. The office was very friendly. I had a plumber show up within the hour. The drain was unclogged and was only charged $59 as advertised. I will definitely use them again and recommend Hero Home Services to anyone!!!

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. He even tackled a rusted soap dispenser that refused to budge. We are so grateful for his immediate response and professionalism. (And persistence!) We are happy to add Plumbrite Services to our list of home repair services. You will be, too!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Needed immediate help with complete line replacement. The repairs were made fast, efficient and for a reasonable price.
Also, got quick response and advice on another emergency.
Don’t hesitate to use this company. They are what all businesses should be…fair, and responsive.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
