They are 10x more expensive. I requested a quote from Robins Plumbing for over $13,500. Another company completed the work to my satisfaction for < $1300.

It can be really hard finding a good contractor, especially in plumbing! Today we found our life long plumber for our needs, the professionalism and honesty was great.

Even though Diamondback Plumbing seemed to be a large company, I was a bit hesitant to call them because of their mediocre Yelp reviews. But after talking to Steve, their technical advisor that can quote pricing over the phone.The plumber assigned to my project came to my house on time, examined everything he was going to do in a detailed manner even for a small job like removing and installing a toilet. Justin Payne was very personable and got the job done quickly.

Wow! What an awesome company. From the front office staff to the in home service itself, they are a class act. They were so kind, friendly, positive and extremely thorough. They came out quickly & worked with my HOA for me. I would highly recommend!!!

Where do I start...I am beyond impressed. During a home renovation project, I just so happened to puncture a water line with my nail gun...TWICE ??‍♀️ I didn't find until a couple hours later after returning home from dinner, that the floor was flooded. After listening for, finding and holding the hole for an hour after the main water shutoff wasnt working and realizing everything was closed and I had no further recourse, I called Parker and sons.Cue, STEVE!!!! He was there within 30 minutes (at MIDNIGHT!) and was the nicest, most knowledgeable helpful worker I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. He helped me to locate ANOTHER leak, fixed it on the spot and got me well on my way to showering off all my poor decisions, all without cutting into the newly installed shiplap wall. I cannot say enough nice things about him, if you have an emergency, Parker and sons (more specifically Steve with the viking hair) is the way to go. Thank you!

We were shown the old hardware that was broken after inspection for two of our sinks along with our outside main water valve. We took before and after photos of the completed work by our extremely knowledgeable tech with Deer Valley Plumbing! Hoses, caps, fixtures and a sink were all part of our service experience. The tech was helpful in educating us on different things along with correcting corrosion and multiple difficult tasks. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone through Deer Valley plumbing and would also recommend your company to everyone I know! It was late evening and my kids just finished showering or did they…they were not able to shut the valve- it would just spun around! I was forced to cut the main water supply but lost water throughout the house! Called many sources of so called “open 24” hours and finding out nothing could be done for couple days- unbelievable!.

I called Springs Plumbing and left a message (and my hope! lol). Allen called back within 20 minutes (was busy that’s all;)) and said was able to come. (Yes!). Showed up but before entering my (messy) house, he placed shoe covering on (very thoughtful!) and proceeded to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly and saved my day! I highly recommend his services on professional, reliable and thorough level! And will use his services in the future- no doubt!

I had a sewer back up in the laundry room sink and Champion scheduled Andrew China to come out same day. He was polite and friendly and explained all my options. He was able to perform the job quickly and also gave great information on the situation.

The message you included was: I received service the day after I called. Couldn’t be happier about it since I had 2 different leaks in my walls. I couldn’t be there so my sister and brother-in-law met the tech (James). Turned out they knew him thru their granddaughter(my great niece) which made it pleasant for their need to help. My conversations with James on the phone insured me I had a very knowledgeable and personable person fixings the problem. It’s been a great experience so far. Additional work is still required but I’m confident friendly, trustworthy and professional service will continue.

Had a difficult sewer problem that multiple other plumbers could not fix trenchless - They all recommended digging through our floor to repair the sewer pipe. Peerless plumbing and nudrain did a beautiful job repairing the pipe trenchless, no digging, no damage to our house whatsoever. The techs were very personable and clearly took pride in their work and doing a great job. We highly recommend them.

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.



I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.



Their prices are great! Their Service is great!



The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.



Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

I had a leak on an outside spigot and the guys came out within 30mins of me calling to take a look. They were very professional and offered a few different options to fix my leak. They fixed my leak quickly and were very personable and professional the entire time. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.
