We had to have our water heater replaced so I did a quick Google search for some of the best plumbing companies. This one was definitely at the top of that list. Alan and his dad came out and installed a new water heater right away. The prices were fair, the customer service and responsiveness was fantastic, and they cleaned up everything after they were done with the job. Our home warranty Co let us know that A.P.E.S. Would be contacting us to fix our dryer! They called promptly and set up the Appt. Destry came out fixed it in no time. This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

Can you break down our bill, the cost of labor, parts and the initial evaluation?

We have used several plumbers over the past 16 years. So far, Evan Straus of ChasRoberts is tops. He is patient and figures out the problem before replacing this and that. He replaced our hot water heater in Dec 2021 and it was a tough install. We found the heater was quite “noisy” in Oct 2022 and called ChasRoberts. They sent Evan the same day and he spent 1.5 hours tracing down the noise and fashioning a fix. Turns out it was a sticking check valve that he replaced at no charge (the water heater was under a 10-year warranty). I highly recommend Evan; he inspires trust and confidence.

I called and they were at my house within the hour. Very nice and friendly staff. Tom was who installed our new toilet. Very good at what he does and super nice. Would highly recommend this company!
