While out of town, our water heater ruptured. I called Maloney to replace the unit so we would have hot water upon our return. We were not aware of the extensive damage until Maloney arrived and advised us by phone that we should first contact our insurance carrier and retain a restoration service to minimize any further impact from the event.Despite our many delays (waiting for a restoration service decision, waiting for mitigation operations, waiting for an insurance adjuster and then waiting on repairs) Maloney remained at the ready so we could get hot water at our earliest opportunity and at no additional cost. They are pros and you should give them a call.

Tech arrived late so the service call was free. He got the water heater started up after us not being able to get it back on.

Parker and Sons is one of the worst companies I ever belt with. On January 8th,my tankless water heater started linking and I called Parker and Son on the 9th. They came out and stated I needed a new water exchange and they will order the part. They ordered the part on the 9th, and it arrived at their facility on the 12th. Today is the 18th and I’m still waiting. They stated they have to locate the part. They also quoted me one price and now they are charging me $200.00 more. $484 to replace four 1/4 angle stop valves on two sinks (hot and cold). For those of you who do not know a valve like that costs around $11 at home depot. I was in a pinch and they were first to get to the property so I let them do the work but the pricing is ludicrous!



On top of this I had a leak in one of the bathrooms where one was installed after the fact. They did come out and remedy it.



Customer service was excellent as far as friendliness, knowledge, and expedience. But that said the valves installed were not made by Rolex or Bentley so definitely shop around.

The drain clog repair worked so well that s washing machine drains no longer backs up into the sink.

Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Brent is amazing! After having to change our time to help out with an emergency call, he still came to our home full of kindness and professionalism. He was awesome with telling us all the information we needed to know about our water heater and what was going on. He was quick to help us out in finding a solution and his company was on the ball with getting info to our Home warranty the same day to get this taken care of asap.

Awful! Complete scammers. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her a ridiculous amount of money to repair her water heater. Avoid this company! Complete jerk when we tried to find out exactly what he was doing and why he was charging almost $900 to repair an old water heater.

We had a leak in in our washer drain since it was very clogged up and made our house a mess. Called bunch of places to shop around and end up with these guys. They took care of it the same day and it was amazing and they were actually nice people compare to other plumbers I've seen.
