I would give zero stars if I could.It was the worst customer experience service I've had to deal with in quite some time and I'm in the business. The associate sales salesmans name is Bobby. I had initially set up a consultation online and got a phone call from Bobby and we set up an appointment for Friday the 26th at 2:30 p.m. well Friday rolls around in at 2:30 he was not my house and I called him and he said he was swamped and behind and asked if we could do it another day I said well we can do it the following day so we set that up. And then receive a text that morning at 8 a.m. asking if we could switch the time from 2:30 till later time the day I told him I only had flexibility from 2:30 to 3:45 I'd like him there at 3:15. So my opinion of the company was not off to a good start. Bobby did arrive on time, the third time around. From there it was completely downhill from the moment he started talking. We tried to explain what we wanted, and everything was met with an obstacle rather than a solution. we wanted a pool net to tie off to our fence and he was playing the role of telling us that it it might not be the best thing and I do appreciate the concern obviously for my son but we have every bit of concern for our one year old in mind that's why we are putting up a fence in the first place. Bobby was immediately defensive and not really wanting to listen to my suggestions coming up with every reason why we shouldn't do it that way making me feel very uncomfortable. At one point he just says you know what I'm not going to do this I'm leaving. We had changed our plans to make the appointment and then after all that he comes in for 5 minutes and then decides to leave I was most upset about that and asked him to leave immediately with a few expletives. I've heard great things about your product but you might want to consider your staff behind the product is even more important.
