I had a leak in the ceiling and had to get up in the attic to be able to access the leak. It was a pinhole leak that was leaking pretty good and considered it an emergency so needed a plumber to come out that day to fix the problem. Called 2 other companies that couldn't make it out that day.. Thank Goodness I found Diamondback Plumbing! They were able to send out a plumber right away, that day, and got to the house in 30 minutes or less! Did not charge extra for being an emergency and was decent pricing. Dane was VERY friendly, and professional, got the job done right way! 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

We had Dillon come out. There was no delay and that is important because come on who can wait to use the bathroom? HE came when he said he would and finished in the time frame he said he would. Very reliable. I will defiantly recommend moon valley plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Vince, the owner of this company is awesome. He was fast at getting a plumber out to my house due the leaky hot water heater. The plumber that arrived was very polite and professional. The plumber's name was Don and he was a perfectionist in his work. The end product shows this. He did an outstanding job. I will be referring them to others who are in need of a plumbing expert. I had a mainline leak in my front yard, bubbling up water and I was losing a gallon a minute. I needed someone out fast!Parker & Son's had someone out at 8AM the next morning.Sean and his partner were very empathetic and got to work right away.I work from home so I needed to be at my desk. I also take a lot of meetings, so I asked to be communicated with via text, which he did. He kept me in the loop with everything and I only needed to step outside once, toward the end to observe the amazing work they did.I have a grass yard and they took great care to ensure that when they were finished it still looked good (which it did!). They even laid a tarp down on my neighbor's rock yard to make sure no dirt got on it!Take Away: Parker & Son's are polite, professional and friendly. They exude confidence in what they do. I would not hesitate in calling them again.

I was almost run off of the freeway by an employee. They were driving extremely wreck less. Riding my bumper, chasing me down after I attempted to get away. I called to report this driver and never heard back. I would not have hesitated to sue this company if my daughter and I were hit. I hope this individual has been fired. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and ignorant to do it in a company van with an easily identifiable license plate. I will never use this company.

Angel was friendly, professional and on time. They got me scheduled as soon as possible and dad a great job.

He took care of our toilet issue in 10 minutes! And he was early.

We have noticed a hot spot on the floor and we are worried about the slab leaking and give Smiley pluming a call and he showed up the same day and after he carefully inspected it and I was told their were no leaks, just caused by the recirculation pump running 24/7 and he explained how to set the timer for it so it runs only when we need it.

He is does the job professionally and he is also friendly and I highly recommend him.

We scheduled our small steel grease trap to be replaced by Rooter Ranger after using them to repair a sewer line break a few months ago. Fortunately when our scheduled 8am guy called out they sent us Roger around 1030am to get started. Roger did an excellent job jackhammering our concrete floor and digging out our rusted old trap. He was friendly, efficient and polite the entire process, including coming back the next day to pour new concrete. Would highly recommend Rooter Ranger especially Roger.

Alec arrived in a timely manner, was very cordial and went right to the issue in our shower. He looked at the problem and explained to us what he thought he would do hoping it would be the less timely, less expensive most desirable path to take. If that didn’t work he let us know what plan B was and the higher cost that would be. When the job was completed he explained the warranty and the option to sign on with an annual maintenance agreement. He had us sign all the pages as he explained what we were signing. Told us how much he liked working for George Brazil and assured us we had made a good choice and hoped he can serve us again.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......
