Very professional and knowledgeable company. I have used them twice for different issues and they always come through for us.

Appointment from 9 to 1, ok, long window but OK. They call me at 11:48 to say they are running late. Then they call me at 1:54 to say they need to reschedule for the next day. I kind of understand if it was a Monday, but it was a Tuesday. This place had good reviews too! Is this the kind of service we have just grown accustomed to? There goes my Tuesday, thanks Diamondback Plumbing!!!

We have had 3 staff come out to our office - Jerry, Anthony, and Kenny. They all were very professional and nice. Moon Valley Plumbing has been very responsive to our requests. I would recommend their services!

This company did a Fantastic Job on our house! We had a backup in the shower of the Master Bathroom, but after the demo guys took it apart and got an initial plumber on it, we never heard from them after that.. Once we got in contact with Custom, they Sent Jesse over, he got everything planned out, and Dennis came through , got the hole dug, fixed the drain, and backfilled the hole and concrete in two days. Fantastic service!

My window was 8-12 for an estimate to relocate a small section of our sewage line. Arrival was 12:50 with no call from their call center to announce arrival or apologize for delay.Representative, Christian was pleasant and respectful. He listened as I gave him all the information I had on existing pipes. I already knew the important things like depth/grade of both lines, materials of what both pipes was comprised of, and the size of each pipe. I have had the yard marked by Blue Stake, city of Phoenix, and a private locating company. We have done our homework and I willingly shared this information In hopes of either a detailed estimate or a ballpark estimate for comparison.Furthermore, I have already had it scoped with a camera by two other companies that did not charge me for the service as they wanted to do their own verifying of my information.After waiting all morning and being respectful to this company (I had another plumbing company wait so as they would not infringe on this company’s time or space) for the same estimate process.Final thoughts are, although I appreciate them wanting to check before giving me a quote, two other companies did so freely and were able to provide me a detailed estimate. Ironically, I was handed an empty folder with the words “The punctual plumber” and “If there’s any delay, it’s you we pay.” Not only did I wait all morning, I did not get a quote for the project I want, and would have been charged $300 plus for something that had already been done three times in the last three days at no cost.I only leave this review because this is my seventh plumbing company to the house and no two quotes have been the same. I have been reading reviews, meeting with companies and trying to find a decent price for a job done right and I hope this helps someone else who is investing a large amount time in the process.

I can't recommend this business. I paid for an estimate to have work done and they gave me a number pulled out of thin air. They didn't measure when they came out and won't list parts or labor - just a large number they'll want me to pay. I've requested more info but they won't respond. I want my money back but they're crooks. Not sure all plumbers are bad but these folks are for sure. DO NOT USE - THEY'VE WRITTEN THE NICE REVIEWS THEMSELVES.

Great service! Have used several times and the only plumber I will use. Professional on time always willing to fit into your schedule. Completed a plumbing issue in kitchen same day that was a major issue. Was able to complete fast to help us get water turned back on in the house. Second trip was to replace toilet in bathe that was leaking. Today I had another issue with an outside plumbing line that was leaking and needed repair. Was able to get me in same day so that I was not without water. Highly recommend.

Jessie gave me a reasonable quote beforehand and was able to come out same day. Unclogged a pesky drain in like 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Justin was by far the best plumber I've ever had!!! He paid attention to details other plumbers ignored and didn't charge me extra. I will always request him in the future.

Tzvi is responsive, trust worthy and so reliable. We have used many other plumbers only to find out they did the job incorrectly or had no idea what they were doing. Tzvi really know his trade and has resolved all our plumbing issues. His pricing is great and his knowledge even greater.

Josh and Tony walk on water they should be called Christ Plumper cause they do God's work.

I totally recommend Rooter Ranger!! They were very knowledgeable and informative on my plumbing problem. All of the guys were very nice and cleaned up after they were done. Mikey was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They have awesome customer service I would definitely use them again if I had anymore plumbing problems!!!
