Best Leak Detection Repair in Phoenix AZ

Explained everything in detail throughout the process and was very thoughtful and careful. Ryan got to our house fast and was very helpful in evaluating the situation and providing options to replace our water heater - even calling an associate who had a certain water heater in his own home, who went and checked it for a feature we asked about! He was able to get the job done the same day, despite arriving after 6pm! Highly recommended.

Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)

Excellent work by knowledgeable and very personable plumber Dane. He sleuthed out what was wrong with not just one but two toilets. Billing from Diamondback is very reasonable. I would definitely contact them again in any plumbing emergency.

Superb service from the start !! I had sprung a water leak at the main line between the meter and the house. Office staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Definitely will call Moon Valley for my plumbing needs from here on out !!

I had a great experience with this company. Tony fixed my shower faucet. He was professional and got the job done on time. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone.

I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

Had Steven out to assist with a couple of plumbing issues and he was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I would recommend and use them again, just hope it’s not needed due to plumbing issues.

I have interviewed 3 other plumbing companies before deciding on Wyman Plumbing. Doug and his staff are honest, pleasant, professional, fair and every other quality you would look for in a contractor as a home owner. Doug did not waste my time by going into a sales pitch like the others did. He listened to my needs and investigated for about 10 mins to come up with a game plan, sent me an electronic estimate to my email. To complete the work, he showed up on time and made sure ALL of my wishes were cared for and went into great detail explaining the details about the water softener and the pressure reducing valve he installed for me and family. Doug and his company are simply excellent and they are my plumbers for life. Ty very much Doug !!!

Update as of Sept, 2022.
Wyman Plumbing continues to impress me. I recently had an RO system installation. From the office personnel (Nikki and Tamra) to the installation crew, they are a joy to work with. TY guys for continuing to take great care of us.

I had a water pressure regulator installed. I was very impressed with the company. I was given a quote and there were no extra hidden fees. The plumber they sent was courteous and professional and did an excellent job.

Roger arrived earlier than expected. In this case, it was a great thing. Explained the issue and what our options would be. Completed the job and answered all of my questions. I’m happy with the service. He was friendly and was able to relate to our frustrations. He also seemed very knowledgeable and was honest.

A very professional serviceman replaced filters and checked all of our water filtration, reverse osmosis and softener systems. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the operation of our systems. I highly recommend them.

They are excellent plumbers!! I will continue to use them!!

Call at 7.20pm they said get some one out in a hour 175.00 service call shows up at 9.40pm then said it 185.00 for cartridge that's 19.99 on Amazon then charges 14.40 to put on my card so 374.40 for a19.99 cartridge that took 15 minutes to put in that's price gouging call option one plumbing a week a go have not been contacted yet

I was thinking of how best to describe the exceptional service which Anthony provided me. I guess the only way is to state out in public that Anthony is the gold standard by which all other service men and women are to be judged.

His uniform was clean and spotless, he was smiling, friendly and very helpful with tips and suggestions and never tried to make me feel like I was forced to do things his way.

He was very neat and clean and I was so impressed by his work and attitude that I will be using Anthony's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service.
