Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

This morning a had Junior come out to service my A/C and to discuss why different parts of my house don't seem to cool like other parts. He easy and simply explained how my air conditioning system works and came up with multiple options not to just service but to also upgrade it. I was highly impressed with his service and knowledge of everything. I would recommend Day and Night and also Junior to anyone I know, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They were prompt, knowledgeable, and explained everything before starting. Left the house with better air quality and in a such a clean state where you couldn't even tell they were there.

Plumbing leak repair throughout home performed professionally and promptly by the Ace Home Services plumber Jiuhua Huang. He is a perfectionist who worked hard every second he was at our Arizona home on March 20. All the leaks and systems were repaired, re-checked and performed flawlessly.

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. Treat him well while you have him, and he will continue to wow all your customers the way he did this one.5 stars every experience, every time. I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. This young man is the Best Service Person that has ever come to my house from Patrick Riley. I have not been very happy with service from these folks. in the beginning they were good and then down hill. I have been told that there is a new owner. Well if there is and this Service man is an example of what is to come than this is where to go for your needs. I am going to see where this goes. Hopefully Uphill!Oh Yes no relation - None.
