We called Maloney Plumbing for a kitchen drain that was backed up. I called at 8 AM and was given a scheduled arrival between 1 and 3. Service rep, Colin, arrived a couple hours early. He listened to what we had to say about our problem, explained what he would be doing and the cost. The drain was a pain and he spent a couple of hours and showed us the drain camera results. I would recommend Maloney Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

I have used Diamondback Plumbing for a number of jobs in the past month. The technicians are always courteous and do a great job. They have always left my house clean and tidy. Very easy to get an appointment in a timely manner as well.

We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, "install of a shower system provided by the customer." We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

Our technician, Robert was very nice took his time and explained what he was doing. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would use Parker and Sons again.

Had a water main break water running everywhere. Simon came over same day and worked for 2 days to replace entire line. He was very professional and prices were reasonable for quality care and speed of work. We was also very considerate of tenants in house which is as important as the job itself. Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!
