I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. Great experience

I called them on Saturday around 11am after another company flaked. By the end of Saturday I hadn't heard back from them. At around 11am Monday I got a voice message saying they were following up. Following up to what, exactly?? A service call from 2 days earlier??

The work done was excellent. The plumber was friendly, professional, explained the steps involved and went above and beyond in service.

I contacted Simon to fix a leaky kitchen sink and to replace the garbage disposal. He responded right away. I received an estimate and Simon let me know his brother Alex would be coming to do the work. I received a text when Alex was on the way and he was right on time. Had a hot water pipe leaking under my bathroom floor and called Alan. He was incredibly responsive and was able to come inspect the problem only an hour after I called him. Prior to contacting Alan, I had hired a locating company to find the leak location and identify the leaking pipe and what it was feeding. After giving all these details to Alan, he gave me a quote for 2 possible rerouting scenarios and we scheduled time for him to do the job a couple days later.



Upon starting the work on my home, Alan immediately realized that the routing of my pipes was more complex than anticipated and that the locating company had made an error as to the routing of the hot water pipe that was leaking. He figured out very quickly that the leaking pipe was feeding my upstairs bathroom, which was routed under my living room to an exterior wall, leading vertically to the 2nd floor. He showed me how he figured all this out in detail and there was no question he was correct. This complicated the job substantially. Instead of a quick reroute, he would have to dig up the ground in my bathroom to find the leak and fix it at the source. Even with this new found complication Alan honored one of the quotes he gave me before which I felt was more than fair.



He ran out to get jackhammer and dug up the bathroom to find the leak. He took care to seal off the area to keep the rest of the house clean, and after he located and fixed the leaking pipe, he even mixed concrete and filled the hole back! To make things even better he took time and care to only pull up 2 tiles in my bathroom and kept them in tact, so that I could put them back after the work was complete. The damage to the bathroom even after all the jackhammering of the concrete subfloor was essentially nothing. He also explained to me how I can put the tiles back easily after the concrete dried.



I was really impressed with the work Alan performed and feel like he went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber and honestly can't speak highly enough of the work and customer service he provided.
