Best Kitchen Sink in Phoenix AZ

I called Maloney plumbing to replace a six year old water heater that they had installed. they came out promptly and told me it was not under warranty as the couplers failed but not the tank (their prior installation). They then quoted me $5,000 to replace a 50 gallon direct vent gas water heater. I turned them down and had 3 other quotes for the exact same water heater and installation for $2800-$3000.The water heater costs $1750 to buy retail. hard to justify $3250 for a few hours of work installing it. this is price gouging at new heights.Installed the following morning without problems.drive past Maloney unless you want to give your money away...

Nicholas was a wonderful technician. He took the time to listen to my problem and agreed to my suggestion of using the disposal with food in it versus just water when the problem couldn’t be recreated with just water. He quickly addressed the problem when it was found and offered solutions. He was fast and very tidy. I would not hesitate to call them again with other plumbing needs and request Nicholas.

We were doing a complete remodel and needed two water pipes capped and 90 deg added with a hose bib. When work started it took just over an hour and was done to a high standard. Technician was polite and knowledgeable.

The only down side was the minimum daily charge for a relatively small job.

Angel arrived at the beginning of the timeframe given. He got straight to work and explained everything along the way. Unclogged the drain and then headed out. Perfect!

Very responsive; scheduled hot water heater service for an inherited 15 yr. old unit. Walt arrived on time, was very professional, personable and explained the value of servicing the unit compared to installing a new one. We decided it made more sense to get a new one with a warranty than risk future problems with an old unit. We came home to a leak in our backyard irrigation system that had most likely been going all day. We quickly turned off the main water line and called All Hours Plumbing so we wouldn’t have to go a night without water. Our technician, James, arrive right at the time they projected and quickly got to work assessing the source of the leak. He was very communicative about pricing and what he was going to do before doing it. He founds the source of the leak and capped it for us in a matter of hours and gave great advice for assessing the spot of the leak for the next few days before filling back in the hole. James was great to work with, very friendly with the cats who live in our backyard, and so efficient in his work. Thanks to him we could take showers after dealing with the muddy mess before he arrived. Would highly recommend!
