From start to finish, this shower remodel was excellent. We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew was professional, timely, and friendly. My bathroom looks amazing! He replaced my walk-in shower with a tub and surround. He replaced my sinks and countertop and installed beautiful tile flooring. He consulted me on any choices to be made, and was very courteous and respectful.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

I called this company a few months ago to get a quote for bathtub refinishing in our rental. Colleen was honest, friendly, and professional when answering my questions, and I will definitely schedule them to come out when our tile guy is finished with his work.

We had a total remodel of our master bathroom with Rebath. It was a terrific experience start to finish. Our new bathroom is stunning.Our primary technician Keaton was completely professional along with being accommodating and helpful in every way. Hunter and Macio also were terrific in providing extra help with our project. we Our designer Deborah provided a design completely compatible to our tastes and followed up throughout the project. We were consulted all through the project for preferred placement of components and accessories and everything was fully explained each day. We received daily updates along with photos of what was done each day. At the end of every workday Keaton carefully cleaned the work area and his access path. Our project was finished ahead of schedule!I am so pleased with our bathroom remodel.

My wife and I met with Sandra, Bri, and the whole team recently and had an amazing experience!! We’re building a custom home in Scottsdale (our first) and the design process became quite overwhelming until we discovered the magic of the Design Lab. We set up a 2-hour appointment at the Lab and met with the whole team who carefully and thoughtfully laid out each room all the way down to the cabinets, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

Retro Pro is a very professional company to deal with. They have just completed a major remodel of two bathrooms in my house and I was very satisfied with the planning, construction, detailed final inspection processes and finished product.

The works crews would call each morning with an ETA when they expected to arrive. At the end of each day a meticulous clean-up would be done. The project manager performed periodic inspections while the work was ongoing, and once the work was done, he did a very thorough inspection.

Excellent customer service and quality products. I am a repeat customer and will use them again in my future projects.

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. We had our kitchen refaced by Better Than New Kitchens and are very pleased with the results. Our house was built in 2001 and kitchen cabinets were natural oak. I didn’t realize how dated and awful they looked until Dan and his team of professionals did their magic. Dan runs a meticulous business and I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
