I had 3 plumbers out to address my non functioning Delta faucets. None had a clue what to do. Lou with Pink came out and had the faucets (4 of them) all working again in under an hour. This group is awesome.

I called Diamondback at 6:30 PM for a main water leak in my front yard. They offered to come out that evening and I said it could wait until the next morning. I had an appt for 9-1 but asked for them to please come as early as possible. At 7:30 AM the next morning Barry was at my home digging up the problem. He was fast, efficient, and showed us where the pipe broke, and showed us the repair. We couldn't have asked for better service!

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

Having purchased a new home, I used Wyman plumbing services four different times recently. Excellent, friendly, caring, quality service. The office, Nikki and Felicia, were extremely helpful in understanding my needs and addressing them. I was disappointed in Parker and sons. I felt I was ripped off. All I needed to be done was to replace a shower cartridge put a new flush item in the toilet and a new bath tub spout. Now looking on line at several sites. The maximum I could find to install a shower cartridge was 200-400 dollars. The piece only cost 17 dollars through Amazon and should only take about 15 minutes for a professional. Next the toilet needed a new flusher which online should of cost me out of pocket about 100 dollars. And the bath tub spout about 100 dollars. So parker and sons only itemized the 3 things I did without putting a part number charge or hours worked. They charged me 1282 dollars. I told the person that was too much since I have replaced the cartridge before myself for 17 dollars. I knew they had me in a rock and a hard place since the wife was complaining about the leak and I couldn't wait a few days and order the parts myself and do it. But 1282 dollars. The max they should of charged me was 600 the most. The next day I was still upset so called Parker and sons and complained and told them I would like a credit for about 500 dollars. But they said no. When I told them I was going to right a bad review on them. They offered a 250 dollar credit. I told the person on the phone that the person hat came out did not itemize the bill for parts or labor. He said they don't do that. They just pull a number out of the air and if you agree then sign this. We'll I would never recommend them to anyone. They are s rip off. And they should still credit me back at least another 250 to satisfy me and then will write a nicer review

I attempted to install a pot filler on my own and created a leak in my wall. Of course this was after business hours so I frantically messaged different plumbers. Aussie replied first thing the next morning and sent Cameron out to assess the problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain where I went wrong and what I can do in the future to correct it.



The overall experience was amazing and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

We needed to have our faucet replaced and called because we had a leak. We went to a store to pick out a new replacement after finding out the service call was roughly 29.00. When the plumber arrived he informed us the installation would be roughly 390.00. i was quite upset knowing that many other plumbers charged roughly 150.00 to replace a faucet in Pebble Creek. Because we needed it done soon we had the installation done for 250.00 after mentioning our displeasure at the 390.00 quote. I will not recommend your company to anyone in Pebble Creek.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. You pay more for the initial inspection which gets taken off if you get the work done by them but you pay less for the actual project. That's a 10 star report. :) I would recommend them to everyone.
