I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

I had a very good experience. It’s my first time using Zumba plumbing. I was satisfied with the representative who came to do the work, and the work itself that he did. I will definitely use them again.

I believe our technician was named Daniel. Regardless he was a very professional technician he came out he was on time and really made sure that I understood everything that was currently going on with my AC unit gave me some options unfortunately I wasn't able to do a full service just because money is tight as I'm sure it is for everyone, but I was able to get quite a few things based on the options that they gave me this was a great experience. Highly professional

I am very pleased with the service I received from Anthony’s Plumbing. They replaced an undermounted sink in my master bathroom that was cracked. It was not an easy job, they communicated all the way through the process. Mark and William did a great job, so thankful this was done right!

I called Simon's plumbing today, they showed up a few hours later, texting me 20 minutes prior to showing up, they were polite and professional and they unclogged my drain and educated me on how to do it in the future. I had him give me an estimated quote over the phone and he charged me less than he quoted since it was a quick easy fix. Very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company and I will myself use them again if any need arises.

I called springs plumbing and Alan returned my call promptly and scheduled a time for service very quickly. He installed two grab bars in my guest shower for my elderly mother in law coming to stay with us. He was on time, wore shoe protectors to walk through the house and was very reasonably priced. He was sure to secure the bars to studs in the wall, centered perfectly and installed through tile no cracks or mess. I would use him again. Definitely would recommend this company.

Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.
