I called at 9:40 a.m. on a Friday morning and by 12:40 p.m. I had a new water heater installed. Very fast and efficient. Was not as expensive as I was expecting based on average price range for water heater replacement in Phoenix. My technician was Tom and he wasn't preachy or condescending. He explained the issue, my options and got the job done. It was the ideal home service experience.

Service was prompt and professional and their main goal was to get us back to normal living.

Moon valley pluming came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of Urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both Chris an Pam they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed an on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional an nice gentleman! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. Moon Valley is our go to plumbing company forsure!

They fixed some things with my A/C. It was a bit expensive, but they took pictures and took plenty of time to explain the issues. It's just a bit overwhelming to be thrown so many "issues" at once with only expensive and temporary solutions proposed. I'll see if this is an ongoing pattern or if it is just a one time thing in time.if it continues to always be major issues I may try some other options.

I highly recommend the Aussie Plumber! Cameron came to my home for a kitchen drain cleaning. Previously he installed a toilet for me. Both times I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and friendly. He has integrity and cares that the job is done right. Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Amazing company. Had 5 other plumber tell me my kitchen sink line was collapsed, then came in and a did a process called “descaling” and restored the pipes to almost original condition (50 year old cast iron piping). Showed me video of the pipes after and showed there was no damage to pipes what-so ever. They were upfront and honest. Did great job and were very nice, not to mention the 10k+ they saved me.

We received a call around the end of April 2020 to schedule a summer maintenance call for our AC. The appointment was scheduled for the 3rd week in May, didn't mind waiting. But the day of the appointment they called to reschedule for the next month, June 22nd. Not happy, but we agreed with the promise they would HONOR this appointment, and not cancel again.The day before I called to confirm tomorrow's appointment and after several hours of telephone tag, our fears were confirmed;.not coming again. I was told they could try to fit me in Sometime, but I feel they should treat their customers better. I understand my appointment was routine, but I was once a paying customer too shouldn't I matter?

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.
