I called Chris Anderson at Alien AC today, because the air conditioning stopped working at my aunt’s house. She was very worried her AC would not get fixed, since it was a holiday. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, he returned my call. He was at her house with in the hour and he had the unit running right away. Chris was really friendly, honest and very professional. He only charged her for a service call, since it was an easy fix. There was no extra charge for being after hours or on a holiday. I think he will be her AC guy from now on!

Danny Quick came out as scheduled. He explained what he would do and got my agreement on the price. He explained everything, was courteous and helpful. After fixing our electrical problem, he showed me the part that shorted and explained what he did to fix the problem.

He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like. Great place to get filters. Warehouse guys are always a pleasure to deal with and you can tell they enjoy what they do. HOWEVER, the lack of 5 stars is due to the receptionist in the front office with the Boss Lady name tag. She is BEYOND rude and always is extremely slow and negative. She is a cancer on this amazing business and hopefully the owners see this and start radiation therapy ?
