I want to be the first to say I almost judged a book by its cover, when I saw how young the two guys were in my head I was thinking no way these guys know what they are doing boy was I wrong and learned a valuable lesson, not only were they good but they were efficient and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly! Called George Brazil Company and talked with Crystal. She set me up with an appointment for an electrician the same day to fix a faulty GFI outlet. Mark B. showed up and studied the problem as it wasn't a simple fix. He came up with the best solution and went to work on it ASAP! An hour later, he finishes the work. My husband and I are pleased with his work. We recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work. Good work Mark B! All those who pay hundreds of thousands of dollars towards a college education should spend their money more wisely on vocational skills. Become an electrician or a plumber. LEARN A SKILL! You won't have all those college debts and you'll make better $$$$. Just saying.....

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had some flooding in my home right after getting new flooring put in. Long story short, after getting the run around in finding the source of the leak, I called Edward's since they were so highly rated. They came out and said that the flooring guys didn't put the upstairs toilet back on correctly and left. The flooring company had them come back out to take off the toilet and reinstall it, so they did. When they took off the toilet, they said that the flange was completely corroded and that that was the problem. Trever said that I would need to pay for the flange part and they would bill the flooring company for the removal and reinstall of the toilet. That made sense to me because I would have needed to buy the part anyway. He then told me it was $200! I was a little in shock, and dealing with a flooded house, among many other things, and he wanted the check before he left, so I forked it over. He then told me he would send me the invoice through email. He never did. My coworkers and friends then all told me that that is a ridiculous price for a flange. I called the owner of Edward's Plumbing, whom I originally talked to, who is Trever's father (I believe his name is Robert) and asked him why I paid $200 for a part and that that should have been billed to the flooring company. He said that he would talk to Trever and to the flooring guy and get back to me. He never did. So I called the next day. He said he didn't get a chance to call them, but he would then and call me back. He never did. I called the next day. He wouldn't answer. I left a message. He never called back. I called the flooring guy to see what to do next because my floor had started flooding again (spoiler alert: the toilet wasn't even the source of the leak). He informed me that Edward's charged him $275 (and he sent me an invoice for proof, but that's not mine to share here), which he paid, and then they told him that I never paid them!! I thought that maybe they didn't cash the check because they realized that they double charged us (they received $475 between the two of us just to take off a toilet, put on a new flange, and put the toilet back on). So I checked my bank. Nope. They had cashed the check several days before!! And had the audacity to say I didn't pay them!! I called again and *surprise surprise* they didn't answer. I left a message. They never have returned my calls. Now I will be reporting them to the BBB. They are SHADY!! BEWARE!!

UPDATE: They didn't stop the flooding! I had to call another company to come find that the leak was actually a live reverse osmosis line behind my fridge. There was zero flooding (or leaking) coming from the toilet upstairs (or any toilet) where they said the leak originated from. I see they left a comment on my review where they didn't even address me and still aren't being honest. They have not contacted me once still, and have not refunded the money, even though it shows that they commented 3 days ago!

UPDATE 2: After posting my last update, Robert finally called me back this morning and somewhat apologized. He said he could bring me over a check. I assumed that meant right then, but he just brought it at 4pm. I'm glad to have the money back, but they all need to communicate better. During his apology he also kept saying that if I had told him that it was still leaking he could have come back out to find it. I did tell he and Trever. They told me it was residual. I let him know that and he again apologized. There was some other excuse too about how I should have called and I reminded him that I did, but he didn't answer. He said that that's why calling the office is the best, because he's busy. I honestly didn't even know about an office number. I got his number from my Google search to find a plumber to begin with. I reminded him that I also left messages. Anyway, he does seem sorry, but he seemed to be trying to make excuses or pass on the responsibility. But I do appreciate that he drove out to my house to bring me a check refund for the $200.

I found all of the Nu Flow employees to be ethical and honest! They do good work and they do exactly what they say they will do. I recommend them highly and without reservation. I don't know how competitive their prices are because I never took bids from anyone else. I wanted quality work and I got it!

Today I had a semi-annual maintenance appointment with Garrett. I don't often write reviews, but Garrett was one of the friendliest techs I have ever come across. Very polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taking care of properly today. I greatly appreciate the kind service and educating me on several different topics. Quality customer service is definitely top of mind when Garrett comes to visit.

The whole company was very responsive and the tech that came out, Roger, was super patient with my wife as she relayed info from him to me while I was at work. On top of that, after discovering a strange parallel line in our system, he searched our surrounding property and discovered a utility line likely running through our system. He then gave us next steps and wrote a report to help us get it resolved. Would 100% recommend and only use this company.

Moon Valley and Alex Crocker?? AWESOME.
I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? All found with Moon Valley!
