Setting up an appointment was easy and they even send you a reminder when you are due for a spray with no pressure to set up an appointment. We have now used Brad twice, once when we moved into the house and again for upkeep, each time Brad is pleasant, takes his time, and is very thorough. I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

My apartment complex uses them and they are ineffective.
