Best Inspections And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

On schedule and completed on time, done right the first time!

I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse, have an accepted offer, and are in the process of doing inspections. I called KY-KO to see if they could come out to do an Inspections Report/Estimate of Repairs that would need to be done, so I could provide this to the sellers. This is something my Realtor said could be done, but when I spoke with Randi (their scheduling person) she was extremely rude and short with me. It honestly seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and then she started to put up road blocks, to simply having someone come out to do an estimate, so we could provide documentation to our seller. I am not sure what this company's philosophy is, but customer support and obtainment is not one of them. Randi was rude and extremely unhelpful.

Almeida Roofing is the most amazing roofing company I have ever came across while living in Phoenix. First of all their secretary Melissa is so polite and helpful and was always quick to return my emails. Kevin came and estimated my roof and didn't try to bullshit me into stuff I didn't need he was fair and honest.

Thanks to Ryan, James, Joe, Sam and Jairo for their reliability, honesty, and integrity. The roof was a challenge and was completed by the entire crew. Always on time, kept us informed, and worked through several of the hottest days. Our complements to the owners for choosing a qualified crew that worked together for a satisfied result.

Provided a high quality residential roofing project at a reasonable price. Their installation was professional and done with no issues. Overall, I am extremely satisfied!

I had a roof that was damaged by a big storm and needed to get it fixed. A family friend recommended them so I gave the number a call. Ryan came to look at the roof and said it had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Ryan was friendly and very communicative during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends who need repairs done on their roof.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

The entire process from initial consultation with Daryl to completion was so easy! There were no snags, delays or surprises. It was just absolutely hassle-free from a client's perspective. The crew showed up on time each day and worked very hard in the middle of the AZ summer. Daryl stayed on track on both the completion time as well as cost. I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.
