James & Max Came to My Home Because I needed a Good Disposer for Septic Mild Use. James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. Joe was a perfect gentleman.show me all the things that were wrong and what needed to be done very neat and clean everything was done I didn't have to do anything for cleaning. PREPARE TO MASSIVELY OVERPAY!!Broken P Trap (pipe) below my kitchen sink. Called George Brazil, who sent a technician named Austin to my home. Austin presented us with a quote of $1,700.00 to replace a broken P Trap (you don’t need a plumbing background to know you’re being taken advantage of with an estimate this high). I asked for the split between Materials and Labor as well as the time it would take Austin to fix. Austin said the parts are $80.00 (!!!!), the rest was labor, and it would take 3 hours to fix. Needless to say, I was shocked George Brazil would attempt to charge a customer over $500.00 per hour (!!!!) in labor to fix an easy-to-access (literally under the kitchen sink) broken pipe. I was so upset I escalated this to the Vice President named Josh to provide customer feedback and he seemed to be unphased when I walked him through my experience. Josh’s response was “…so all you care about is the price, not who’s doing the work?” Josh, you and your team should be embarrassed to charge a customer like this—ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAD ANOTHER 4.8 STAR PLUMBER REPLACE THE P TRAP THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR $140.00!! A+ job and problem solved. Your team may be good, but it's not 10x better to justify your labor charges. I will never, ever call your company again. It’s amazing how one bad experience combined with a leader (that's you, Josh) who is completely unempathetic to the feedback provided by a customer can lead to a total loss of trust and credibility. Customers, please don’t be taken advantage of by this organization. There are plenty of skilled plumbing professionals out there who will treat you fairly and honestly. George Brazil (Josh and Austin) are not one of them.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Chris was able to move my guest bathroom sink drain and plumbing over about 3 feet in a block wall to accommodate our new vanity: while he was there he also was able to replace a leaky hose bib: he did beautiful work and was super quick! Very happy with their service
