I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Had a backed up septic system. Initial call was informative, helpful, and able to schedule next day pump out. Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

I used Rooter Ranger for my first plumbing experience in my home. I had a lot of apprehension in proceeding with the company. My first encounter was with Joseph, he was very personable and easy to talk to, he explained the situation and what needed to be done. My second encounter was the next day for the work to begin was with Miguel. He was very prompt for the time scheduled. I liked his interaction with me how he answered all of my nervous questions.He was extremely pleasant and really knew what he was doing, even when he thought he had run into a snag in the job. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was concerned my septic tank was near to overflowing. We had never had it pumped out over the 15 years we have had it. I kept putting it off because I thought it would be at least $1000. When I called Septic Technologies, I spoke to Gina. She was awesome. I didn't know how awesome she was until the tech came out. I told her what my concern was (hearing noises in the shower drain when flushing the toilet), she said it was probably time to have my tank pumped (google said that also) and that the filter might be broken. She said it's very rare to have a new tank go without pumping for over 10 years so it was important to not put this off. While making it clear that the cost could not be guaranteed until the tech actually looked at it, based on what I told her, the age of the system, the fact it had never been pumped, it would need to be pumped and have the filter replaced and it would cost me approximately $700. She broke the cost down for me - so much per hour, so much per gallon, filter cost, etc. and, if I paid by credit card what the fee would be.

Of course, the next day, the pipes stopped gurgling and I wondered if I couldn't put this off for a couple more weeks but I decided to trust Gina's worries that the tank could overflow at any moment.

Gilberto was the tech who came out. As for his work, he found the covers, cleared the dirt covering them (and put it back the way it was when he left). When he opened the cover, I could see the stuff? had actually covered part of the filter and was higher in the tank than it should be. Gilberto pumped the tank, cleaned and checked the filter. He said it didn't need to be replaced yet and that would save us $100. He checked the tank and said it was in good condition (no cracks, etc.). He wrote a detailed invoice of his work and suggestions. He suggested we have the tank pumped again in 3-5 years based on our situation and gave us a box of treatment packs but told us Rid-X was fine to use (that's what I had been using and I had a full bottle).

Gina was spot on. She was right in urging me to have this done as soon as possible. She was right about what the problem was. She was exactly right on the cost - experience can not be overstated here. Gina was polite, professional, friendly, experienced, patient and clear in her explanations and in answering my questions. (Turns out she is actually the owner's wife.)

Gilberto was friendly, professional, quick but thorough. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. He did the work that was needed and didn't do what wasn't needed. When I told him I was very pleased and I was glad I hadn't even bothered to look further than google reviews, he told me how much he enjoyed working for his company because they were honest and fair with their customers and their employees. He said he felt valued by them.

I will continue doing business with this company and I will recommend them (and recommend people don't wait to pump their tanks) every chance I get. I trust them completely.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Our technician Joel was fast and thorough. He explained how to operate and maintain our new water heater. After installation, we though there was an issue and when we called in for help, everyone in the process were very helpful and we were able to get it remedied over the phone (was our fault, not theirs :)). We’ll definitely use Bumble Bee for future plumbing work!

We used priority pumping to pump our septic. The guy was really knowledgeable about our system and things to know when we start our expansion. The man helping us went over and above explaining everything to my husband. He walked the property with my husband and gave him great insight, and told us things that we were not aware of. We will definitely use them again.
