Josh came out to give me an estimate on a service for installing a waterline. Even though I wasn't able to afford the service he walked me through what I needed to do this myself. He was very professional and went above and beyond with helping me and would definitely recommend him in the future.

Best plumbing service I have used! Had them come out multiple times and always feel great about the quality and price. If you have any needs, Lou and Adam are the guys to call.

Vince, the owner of this company is awesome. He was fast at getting a plumber out to my house due the leaky hot water heater. The plumber that arrived was very polite and professional. The plumber's name was Don and he was a perfectionist in his work. The end product shows this. He did an outstanding job. I will be referring them to others who are in need of a plumbing expert. My hot water tank was leaking. Home depot recommended Parker & Sons for the tank installation. They came the very next day (though it was a Saturday, and the technician Sione installed it in a professional manner. He was very courteous and polite. They are a life-saver in cold weather.

Very satisfied with Option One. Jackie is tremendous on the phone. She certainly understands had to coordinate the calls and the job and has a great attitude. Best person I've spoken to in a long time representing a company. Sammy did a great job repairing the problem and was very professional.

Late response, thank you Casey for coming out on Christmas Eve day, in the rain, to fix a dripping water heater that apparently has been dripping for a long time. As I whined about the price, Casey explained the reasons behind it. I get it! Will definitely use Rooter again!

Did upgrade on kitchen faucet and replaced the turn on and off valves in kitchen and also two bathrooms on off valves..really nice guys did a great job..truely professional..would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service and I will use their service again in future..thank you Plumbers of Maricopa!!!

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Albert and Joel were a blessing to work with in a very stressful time and their crew are amazing. We had an emergency major repair and both Albert and Joel consistently checked in on the progress their crew was making and gave me up to date progress reports on how things were going and explanations when they needed to try something a different way. I also very much appreciated that they offer a Veteran discount. Will use again for all plumbing needs :)

My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. Alexander's Plumbing is a family owned business. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our plumbing related needs. I highly recommend this business!

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.



Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

“Jim is awesome in ever sense of the word! Had an emergency leak with an old irrigation pipe on a Sunday evening. I called two other companies I worked with in the passed. One had a call center which I got no call back and the other went to VM. I call All Hours Plumbing, and immediately I hear, This is Jim. Jim came out, quickly identified the problem, gave me a more than fair quote, and fixed my problem in no time.

If you're in an emergency, he's the guy to call! He even took the time to help out with another plumbing problem and fixed that easily. Now I can shower tonight! Thanks again Jim!!!!”

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Mark B. performed an annual electrical inspection of my residence on 2/23/2015. A year ago he did some extensive electrical work at my residence. The service I received from him today was every bit as outstanding as the service received a year ago. Mark is very professional, experienced and courteous. He takes the time to explain in detail the work he is performing and readily answers all questions posed to him. He is a definite asset to your establishment.

Paul was super responsive when I needed help. He assessed the problem with no additional fees and gave me a fair price on repairs. He was a joy to work with, very personable and even gave me Options for future modifications.
