Our hot water tank dumped 40 gallons of water on our kitchen floor and spread into a few carpeted areas of our home. Our insurance company called Water Damage Scottsdale, and they showed up immediately and started cleaning up the water and pulling up the damaged vinyl planks, carpet, and padding. They definitely knew what they were doing and came back to check the level of dampness in the affected areas on two different occasions. Having your hot water tank go out isn't a pleasant experience, but Ryan, Tony, and the Water Damage Scottsdale staff were very professional, courteous, helpful, and sympathetic to our situation. All Dry was a fantastic help! We called them once we first noticed we had water damage. They put us on their schedule right away and within days had the damage removed and the area drying. They helped us find the source of the water damage and hooked us up with an hvac guy to fix the problem. The guy he recommended was awesome and very well priced. All dry even got us hooked up with a rebuild company to do the repairs once the drying was done. All dry made this whole process so much easier! I highly recommend them!

A Bingham restoration van comes up and starts honking at us. (No one is ever required to go right on a red. It is optional) D*** move #1.

Good thing we didn't go, or my student would have been struck by the left turn traffic across the street.

After the turn, the van speeds into the slow lane, tailgates traffic ahead of him, then cuts us off to turn on the freeway. D*** move #2

Then he floors it and swoops all the way across the freeway to the left lane with no blinker doing 80. D*** move #3.

All in a company van.

This company might be good or bad at restoration but god help the other drivers on the road with these reckless drivers in their company trucks. Only a matter of time before the guy causes a crash.
