Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind.The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. The entire process was one of the smoothest and most professional service experiences we’ve had in a very long time.Keep up the good work Robbins Plumbing. We hope to not be in plumbing crisis again but if needed in the future I can’t imagine calling anyone else!

Pink Plumbing showed up when they said they would, took all the necessary Covid precautions, and gave me hot water again in my shower. They were respectful and professional.

The plumber, Cole was very professional. Cole arrived and promptly got to work. He determined the problem and immediately tackled the problem. He had to repair a “brand new” water heater, installing new elements and a relay. He was a lifesaver. Another individual had installed the water heater, but we still had no hot water. When Cole left the problem was fixed. Happily, I took a nice hot shower this morning.

We had a huge dilemma- root invasion in the main water line which backed up into house. I called Wyman Plumbing and they responded quickly and handled the issue with such professionalism. They saved us thousands of dollars. How do I know? It’s the second time this happened to us in the last 6 years we’ve owned our home. I am so glad I chose Wyman. I will be using them again for all of my future plumbing needs!

I Had had two full bathrooms an a.shower re- plumbed with cooper pipe...and the work looks excellent not to mention how clean everthing was when they left the job...I will definitely call again for any of my plumbing needs.

I called for an estimate to swap out a water heater that was leaking. Brian from BF arrived on time with a neat uniform and was very helpful about what the problem was. The only problem was the price which is a fixed cost for the job. $760, and that does not include the cost of the new water heater. I figured at most it would take 2 to 3 hours so that would be about $250/hour. I guess that's what the plumbers have gone to....a fixed rate like that versus an hourly rate. I guess I don't blame them if they can get it. But not from me. I'll be tackling this job myself and taking my wife somewhere for a nice 3 day weekend with the savings.

Parker and Sons responded immediately as we were experiencing a leak from our whole house water softener. We had to upgrade our plumbing to knock down the water pressure and unfortunately install an entirely new unit. To their credit, the job was completed in just a few hours. This company is the largest in the valley for a reason- they do exceptional work. Thanks especially to Ramesh Turrubiate, Glen Davidson and Larry Selee for their thoughtful, careful and seamless work.

Turned into a mutli-day job due to the condition of my pipes, but Troy and James were on top of it and adjusted their schedules to be sure I wasn't without plumbing for very long. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

Andrew came to our rescue about midnight last night after our sink sprouted a geiser and the shut off valves didn't work. He got water back to the rest of the house and got us temporarily shut off at that one sink until today when supply stores opened. The pricing was reasonable and Andrew was awesome...very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and call again.

From the very first phone call to Rapid Rooter about my leaking soft water system, up to the new system installation, everything was professional and timely. Chad took some serious time explaining to me why the system was leaking, how I had a seriously undersized system installed by the previous homeowner, and the benefits of soft water and filtration. Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

Ernest came to my home on time and introduced himself and was super personable. I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. I always like to see companies that fully value their hard working employees. I will continue to call Patrick Riley first every time. Thanks Ernest.
