Almeida Roofing is the most amazing roofing company I have ever came across while living in Phoenix. First of all their secretary Melissa is so polite and helpful and was always quick to return my emails. Kevin came and estimated my roof and didn't try to bullshit me into stuff I didn't need he was fair and honest.

Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. They started on time and finished early, I would recommend Phoenix roofing and remodeling to any family or friend looking to have their roof redone or repaired. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair. They were meticulous with details and even painted the replacement drip trim with a color match paint prior to replacement. Thanks again guys!

I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.
