Stefan has been absolutely the best professional tradesmen I’ve worked with - from the smallest of jobs (vent pipe and fixture valve install) to large comprehensive projects (main line relocation, tankless and softener install), he showed up punctually and finished in a timely manner. They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

I had another company come to snake my drain because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up.



I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a snake through the drain. But, instead of calling it a job done, he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line sagged. I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them.



Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs.



Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

I needed to replace the main water valve. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Great job!

Super amazing team!!! The guy who came to look at the issue the first day was super professional and kind. We were in a need to wait situation due to needing parts for an entire new system change out. This guy seemed genuinely concerned and got me on contact with CJ for more details. Both men suggested great ideas for things I could do to help relieve the heat in the waiting period. CJ was an awesome guy who went above and beyond accepting and returning my calls multiple times and days to figure out scheduling and help in conflicts. I could not be home during the install but my wife was able to get off work to be here. Frisco and the other guy who came here made her feel comfortable and really were not even noticed most of the time here. (And this was an all day job) I really appreciate the service I received and the quality of the people we came in contact with. We are remodeling our kitchen and of course found more problems behind the scenes. We contacted them and had an appointment set up right away to assess the problem. I've experimented with several companies over the years and I've been most satisfied with DW. Pricing is never cheap--but it is not supposed to be. It is however very fair! They treat me very well and as a result, I always defer to them--and will continue to do so....New Post: Today 2-21-19 had a Boiler Problem and Casey and Kris showed up within an hour and got me up and running---I'm looking forward to having DW help redesign my Boiler room with some new equipment.

Patrick Riley’s technician, Johnathon, did a great job. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the functioning of a reverse osmosis system I wanted installed. He went great lengths to explain what was needed to get the job done. He did not rush me to make a decision. I will be using Johnathon in the future. He’s friendly, informative, and very professional. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that he has a nice smile and a southern Accent! I couldn’t have gotten the job done without him. Thank you Johnathon!!

I have been using Penguin for about a year now and I’m very satisfied with just about every person I have come in contact with. Today was just an annual inspection of the Tstat which took only a few moments, but the service I have also entitles me to have them change/check the batteries in all the Home’s Carbon Monoxide and smoke detectors, cleaning of the air duct, electrical cap off if necessary, etc.. I’m having that done at a later date, but I’m sure it will be done with as much professionalism that anyone can ask for.Update: 9/10/20Today was another annual inspection. Our HVAC specialist was Jason. He did an absolutely awesome job and was a perfect gentleman. Some other technicians I will not name have been underwhelming honestly, but today my faith in penguin has been restored. Rest assured if you get a good lookin guy named Jason as your technician, the job will be done right.

The absolute worst decision of my life was trusting The Sunny Plumber. Hands down the LEAST ethical company I have ever dealt with. They lied about what was needed, lied about what insurance would cover, they robbed us blind, then completely disappeared when we needed the help they promised dealing with our insurance company. It was weeks of hounding them just to get documentation. We ended up having to sell our home to get out of the massive debt they left us in. Then, to top it off, the inspection revealed they had CRACKED our FOUNDATION which reduced our home’s value.
STAY AWAY FROM THE SUNNY PLUMBER! They’re pure evil.
