We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service we received from one of your expert electricians, Sonya. We had the good fortune to have her sent out on our first call to Watt Masters to install outdoor fans on our patio. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. We thought she did such a good job that we requested her the second time we needed electrical work done at our home. Both times, she has done an excellent job for us. We will continue to request her when we need electrical work done and we have recommended her to friends.

Great experience with this company. Nathan W. was our tech and he invited me to watch him work. He explained everything along the way. As a new Penguin Air customer, this was refreshing as I could see that everything he was saying made sense because he would tell me what we were looking for before he tested a component. I have used several other companies in residential and business settings and this is truly the first company that I have trust to do my work on my home. Excellent job!

Parker and Sons is one of the worst companies I ever belt with. On January 8th,my tankless water heater started linking and I called Parker and Son on the 9th. They came out and stated I needed a new water exchange and they will order the part. They ordered the part on the 9th, and it arrived at their facility on the 12th. Today is the 18th and I’m still waiting. They stated they have to locate the part. They also quoted me one price and now they are charging me $200.00 more.
