As our second bid for the shower issue we were having Robins charged a quarter of what the first company estimated which took away a lot of financial stress. Eddie showed up early and was very kind, knowledgeable and precise. He had every tool and replacement piece needed so he could start the job right away and finished under 2 hours. For both issues, all options were thoroughly explained and the pricing was reasonable and within the norms for a good job in this area. I was very pleased with the result of the toilet repair and the honesty and choices offered on the bathtub options. I found this company trustworthy AND the repair the best toilet repair result I have had since in this house (the other bathroom had a similar issue a few years back). ..possibly due to his attention to detail and testing after the repair. I was also impressed on how the office followed up the same evening to make sure I was happy with the appointment result.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.
