Dominic York came and fixed our main clogged sewer line. He was quick and professional. He even left us a pair of gloves to help clean when he saw how bad our showers had gotten from the clog. Highly recommend.

Tony was on time, polite, professional, answered all questions and made recommendations, explained options thoroughly, showed photographs of my unit so I didn’t have to take someone’s word or guess what condition it was in. Wonderful experience although I’m spending money. I appreciate the efficiency of proceeding from service call to new install without a huge time delay especially since it means my home will be cooler today instead of next week.

Update; Mario and Chad worked tirelessly and well after dark getting it done. He showed me pictures of everything and it is a top notch job. I very much appreciate their diligence and work ethic and friendly personalities. They are all to be commended.

They first helped us about 6 months ago in diagnosing a problem caused by the original installer. They made sure we clearly understood the problem so we could take up the issue with the original installer to correct the very poor workmanship.

Then yesterday, we turned on the AC and the air coming through was not cold. Allegedly, when the original installer corrected the other issue, my system was supposed to be in perfect condition to last several years, but once again, their claim was less than true.

We called Arcadia this morning, and fortunately Manny was able to come out today and get our system running better than it ever has before. Seriously, our house has never gotten this cold this fast!!! Once again, Manny very clearly explained the issue and answered all our questions. We are very thankful for their outstanding service!!!

The election we had was Toben gave w excellent service a able to diagnose the problem and come up with a fix right away. He explained that 2 things may .eed to be done and sid he would try the simple one first and of the problem returned he would come back to the second part at no extra cost. I'd like to commend Trey for an outstanding and professional service he provided for our house A/C scheduled maintenance on 7/22/2022. He is professional, kind and evidently very knowledgeable of the a/c system. He even went extra mile by installing my new a/c filters, replacing the old ones which were about 90-days since installed. This extra steps was something that you can not always expect from technicians. He recommended that a/c filters should be replaced at least every 2 months. In this regards, can I request that Trey perform the future scheduled maintenance of our A/C? Lastly, I highly recommend Patrick Riley and Trey in particular for your A/C-system and related needs.

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Proskill just replaced our 60 year old unit. Yes, you read that right - most of the components of our HVAC system were original with the house built in 1960, which we just purchased.
