Josh came out to give me an estimate on a service for installing a waterline. Even though I wasn't able to afford the service he walked me through what I needed to do this myself. He was very professional and went above and beyond with helping me and would definitely recommend him in the future.

In the chaos of my water heater blowing up, I called Pink Plumbing to set up an appointment. Days before the appointment, Brandon from Pink called me. By that point, there was extensive water damage. He was prepared to pick up a new water heater and jet over. I explained that my contractor turned up the standard heat setting and it began leaking rusted water. Brandon explained why this happened and the entire process as he exchanged heaters. I was immediately impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and his expertise. I knew I was in competent hands as Brandon is a licensed, bonded master plumber - contrary to my contractor. He calmed my frazzled nerves and handled this fiasco professionally. Brandon was awesome from the beginning to the completion of my emergency. In addition, he provided a reconstruction company to repair the wall damage. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing because you will be treated with respect, courtesy and a level of professionalism not known to me before in this business.

This company is tops. Alex and his partner did such a professional job and are extremely dependable and knowledgeable. I had a root problem. They took care of it right away. It is the 3rd time I have used them and Dillon was great the last time and it was on GOOD FRIDAY, These guys are heroes.

I have used Accent Plumbing several times at home and at our office building. I could not be more pleased with quality of work, timeliness, upbeat attitude, efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend. If only I could find other contractors this good.

I have used Joe on 3 projects.
1. To replace a toilet
2. To replace a leak from the outside faucet
3. To replace the shower unit in a old shower.
Joe called me promptly and was very informative. I was given an estimate for each project and Joe never pressured me to approve the work or push me into anything. He was great at explaining the process to me and very good and pricing. For each project I got 3 estimates and Joe was not the cheapest or the most expensive he was average and the reason he got the work is because he made me feel he was honest and upstanding. He always communicated with me when the plumbers would arrive and one occasion they were running late and they called me to let me know and even asked me if I wanted to reschedule to a more convenient time for me.. That was better then the cable company...When the worker showed up they were polite and great and communicating and letting me know when they were half way finished so I could know how to schedule my day and time . THAT WAS GREAT.. They finished the project and I have not had any problems at all - I WILL ALWAYS call JOE for my plumbing needs.. He and his employees are GREAT, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I wish all my house repairs were performed by Joe and his employees. I always text Joe and email Joe my communication or my home project needs and I AM A VERY SATISTIFIED CUSTOMER and will call again... THANK YOU JOE for your professional work and employees.

Needed to replace a couple of toilets in my home. Custom Plumbing of Arizona gave me a fair price and the technician Kevin was respectful, prompt, and explained to me what he was doing so I could better understand. Will be using Custom for all my future plumbing needs.

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

Franz came and did the rough in plumbing to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower for a reasonable price with quality work. I also hired Aussie Plumbing back in Dec when they changed my shut off valves and box for my washer.



Update: We finally finished the shower and everything works and looks great.

I had a really great experience with deer Valley plumbing one of my sewer pipes was crushed and needed to be replaced. The team that came was courteous and worked very hard.



Luis also came today and did a full assessment of my home and my plumbing needs. He was extremely courteous and did an amazing job. I really trust him.

Have only had initial visit for estimate, but good so far. Robert was professional and knowledgeable. We'll see how it goes.

Anthony's Plumbing advertises a senior citizen discount for it's elderly clients, but does not give it at time of service. When we pursued this matter through the BBB on behalf of my elderly father,the company acknowledged their mistake, offered to reimburse the senior citizen discount, but to this day has not refunded him.

We called in the morning to schedule installation. By 3:00 pm the job was completed! Vance installed the new water heater & hauled away the old one. He answered all our questions & offered good advice on care & maintenance. And he is a really nice guy!

Mark and Randy were on time, completed the work in good time, and were very helpful. I especially appreciated the promotional rate.
