Mr. Crocker was very helpful and knowledgeable in changing our water heater. He did his work promptly so we could have hot water ASAP. I want to thank Mr Crocker for his prompt service.

Great experience tonight with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Nash came out late to fix a stopped drain. He was here fast very professional and fixed the problem for a great price. I'll definitely use this company again.

Contacted them on Friday to fix another company’s error on a water softener feed line. They were able to come out on Saturday, and while they were here, had them fix 3 other plumbing issues. Christian was punctual and extremely professional, and stayed to finish all of the work even though it was Saturday afternoon. Definitely recommended if you want something done right the first time!

Amazing and professional service. Honestly, with any new house purchase there's much to consider with what problems lie behind the scenes on a property, plumbing being one of the largest concerns (simply because it can easily be exponential issue that isn't always foreseen)-- but, Simon made that "inevitable" easy, and convenient by customizing his schedule to fit mine, was extremely reliable and always on time, he thoroughly explained what was needing done and why, and walked me through it step by step. I've called on Simon to replace plumbing 6ft down, for basic plumbing maintenance, and a water heater replacement. Simon is always on time, and personable. All-in-all, I'd recommend him being the satisfied customer, though he goes above making it seem like a long time friend. Superb.

The Owner, Christian was on site during both days of work. The crew were clean, friendly, sociable and helpful. They took time to explain the process whenever I asked questions. They put down protection over our wood floor while working inside the house. Even though they were coming back the next day to finish they picked up all their equipment and cleaned up the debris from the day. You would not know they had been here.

They made sure everything was working with their product. They even did a load of wash to make sure before they left. Obviously I am very pleased with Peerless.

I hired Cobra to replace two faucets in my master bath. Josh was great on the phone to set up an appointment and gave me a very reasonable cost range - to be firmed up once they got there to see the details of what it would require. They sent out Richard and he couldn't have been better to work with. We hit a a very significant snag and honestly Richard would have been justified in passing at that point leaving it for me to hire additional services to sort out. He didn't though. Instead he figured out a work around which wasn't easy at all for him, but grunted it out and got it done. I paid the extra time required gladly. Well done!

James and his partner ( didn’t get his name , but he looked like Jerry Garcia from Grateful Dead so I called him Rock Star!)- were AWESOME. First, they showed up right away, assessed the situation - clogged pipes caused by the super high mineral content in our water here. Solved that, and educated me on saltless water softeners!! We have a salt one at our other house - and the idea of a saltless one was the perfect solution for this home, which we rent out. They quoted me on that - I was so impressed with their honesty, knowledge and fair prices!! I decided that day to install one - from a clogged drain to an install - and they were able to schedule it THAT DAY. I have tried sooo many plumbers - all the “ big ones”- who are outrageously expensive - and did not do a great job, had to return to fix mistakes etc. FINALLY FOUND A PLUMBER I CAN TRUST!! James and rock star from All Hours Plumbing are the best !!!!!

The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! I had Patrick Riley come after a competitor (forever vent purchased with a Groupon) had told us we had mold in our ducts and a leak in our AC unit and didn't clean the vents as they were paid to. What a welcome difference in service! Patrick Riley came and took pictures of what they saw, reported no leaks or mold and did a phenomenal job cleaning out our ducts - carefully covering furniture and spending hours cleaning. They were professional, courteous, hard-working and above all HONEST. I highly recommend using Patrick Riley as I've worked with a competitor.
