I must say we had a great experience with the installers Steven & Cody down to the amazing ladies in the office. I went with Jacuzzi Bath after seeing my Cousin's shower remodel's. I was blown away by the work & style! I was very lucky that when I asked for Steven the installer he was sent. I have to say these guys were so cool but most of all so professional & better than I expected. Steven would explain to I through the whole process & asked me what I wanted. Loved his energy & he would tell me if there is an issue we have a solution. Great guys & they did an outstanding job on my bathroom showers. I am so happy & pleased with the service & most off for their patience with me. It only took me over a couple of weeks to decide on the final touches. I appreciate the great work, craftmanship & qualities of my new showers!!

We are happy with our complete kitchen remodel with Kitchen and bathroom remodelers phoenix. The whole team was friendly and top-notch skilled. I will work on them again.

We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. We are so glad we went with re-bath because they did an awesome job. The shower installation was done on-time, the installer was careful and kept the work area clean and the results are beautiful.

We are thrilled with our new bathroom from Re-Bath. Our sales team, Jim and Steve were great. Totally understood what we were looking for and did not pressure us at all. They were very cost conscious on our behalf and encouraged using “sweat equity” to achieve every last little detail we wanted (we like DIY projects). Aaron, James and Corey our demo/install team were top notch. These are exactly the kind of guys you want working on your project! They were extremely professional, friendly and kept us up to date every step of the way. The products in our bathroom are of excellent quality. This was money well spent and our bathroom is even better than we imagined it could be. You will not be disappointed by choosing Re-Bath for your next project!

I would like to give a 1-Star review but to be fair, I will give a 2-star review because the job was completed. Just as a quick overview, I would not recommend Holtzman Home Improvement.

PROS and CONS List below:

PROS:

*Bathroom remodel was completed.

*Liked cabinet finishes and style options.

CONS:

*We were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for project completion but ended up taking 6 months.

*In contract, the introduction page says that Brandon Holtzman “… will personally meet you and visit your job site several times throughout your project to ensure quality and care is not only in the workmanship but also in our demeanor.” Never met the man; not even once.

*“Designer” which they refer to as “sales-person”, had a hard time keeping up with the demands of our project. Made numerous mistakes in terms of measurements that caused wrong products to be ordered and mistakes in the actual remodel. Assumed certain details about project without consulting us. Example: Cabinet above toilet was bigger than expected (inaccurate measurements) and overlapped on to the exhaust fan, “Sales-Person” assumed that we were just going to move the exhaust fan altogether; this would have cost us hundreds of dollars to move the fan 2-3 inches.

*Crew would show up whenever, sometimes not at all even though scheduled. Had crew show up at 6am without notice multiple times. Had to state over and over again for a start time that worked for my family; between 7-8am. Nothing ridiculous. No consistency whatsoever.

*Some of the crew did not speak English, which I absolutely didn’t mind at all. But Project manager, “sales person”, did not speak the language. I never expected to be the sole translator numerous times in person and on the phone. Because of this language barrier, numerous mistakes were made on our project.

*Crew would come to job site and not know the status of our project, therefore would ask me questions about what needed to be done, as well as certain technical details that only a professional would know (example: electrical).

*Crew would come to job unprepared and would leave to go to Home Depot for 1+ hours to grab material. Not sure if this is standard, but I believe that they should have been prepared for the day’s work at our project.
*Overpriced. Example: Updated replacement of bathroom exhaust fan that was picked up at home depot for around $45.00-$55.00 and less than an hour to install, cost almost $400.00.

*Project manager forgot to discuss details of our project to team so there were details that were left out. Example: Requested to have a shower bench installed; shower was “completed” with no shower bench.

*Project manager and “sales-person” should have communicated more in terms of our project details; numerous mistakes could have been avoided.

*Low quality of materials: tile/grout. Numerous tiles are cracked, chipped, and grout has already started to come out in chunks. Also, grout that was never wiped off, has solidified and won’t come off.

*Already have water damage; yes, water damage in a bathroom on a pony wall that neither the project manager and “sales-person” gave input on how to finish to avoid said water damage.

*Was double charged, and charged for work not done. Caught mistakes by thoroughly reviewing receipt and was reimbursed. If I didn’t catch these details we would have easily been overcharged.

*At the completion of the project you are given a 5-year warranty. We have recently contacted Holtzman Home Improvement to come and fix said damage and have not heard back; it has been a few weeks already.

*Their slogan is “People should do business with people they trust”; would not recommend.

Excellent service, fantastic bathroom design, and quality workmanship! Hats off to this team of experts, I highly recommend BBR!

Kevin and the Rebath team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Rebath because of Kevin’s work ethic. He was very professional and everyone went out of their way to keep us comfortable having people in our home during the pandemic.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

The installation specialists did a terrific job remodeling our shower and removing the bathtub. I could not have asked for anything better.
