Bob Miller, project manager, headed up our restoration. After a major flood through out our home from the condo unit above us, he brought in teams of well-trained, experienced workers to complete the restoration. Lawrence, Sr. and his team was enlisted to patch, tape, and paint our walls. The holes were imperceptible upon completion. The walls were perfect, once painted. After new carpet was rolled out, the cleaning crew arrived. Six months of mold and mildew residue, construction dust, and debris from work crews disappeared. The black asphalt and tar that was tracked in on our tile and grout for the previous six months was steamed off by Frank and Greg in half a day. The results were astonishing! Frankie arranged for a textile crew to assist with curtains. Everything was well-coordinated. While the process of remediation, restoration, and renovation takes what seems to be an agonizingly long time, everyone at AZ Fire &Water was understanding, helpful, empathetic, and invested themselves in the projects. Many of them are victims of disaster loss, as well, and identify with what you're going through. Got a kick out of Judith and Jorday--they will even help you with your computer!

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and services I received at Jenkins. Our bathtub was leaking and ended up getting all the way into our bedroom, it was a mess and super scary. Jenkins got out within an hour of us calling and started drying everything right away. The manager Cory provided excellent customer service every step of the way. Thank you Jenkins!

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

I called these guys in the middle of the night due to a leak that caused flooding inside my house and they responded fast! They got to my house to put things in order and quickly worked in the damage area. My insurance agent worked with them directly without any problems at all. Definitely recommend for anyone in Arizona!

Ce just did the initial clean up for a water leak. Great job. Most appreciated was the time he took to explain the process & answer my questions. He is a credit to your company.

Had a valve break under my kitchen cabinet Josh and Shane from Zono came ASAP and professionally cleaned it up, assessed the damage and they have been quick to follow up. Highly recommended - damage was minimalized because of their quick and thorough actions. They found water where I never would have thought it to be. Great job guys!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

This company just finished up our Water Mitigation. They were great! Friendly, professional, and the owner took time to explain everything. We saw these guys daily until they were confident that the job was complete.
