The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. My hot water tank was leaking. Home depot recommended Parker & Sons for the tank installation. They came the very next day (though it was a Saturday, and the technician Sione installed it in a professional manner. He was very courteous and polite. They are a life-saver in cold weather.

Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. Not to mention he cleaned up after him and it looked better than it did before! I would recommend Vicente for sure to anyone! I will definitely be calling these guys again! Very responsive; scheduled hot water heater service for an inherited 15 yr. old unit. Walt arrived on time, was very professional, personable and explained the value of servicing the unit compared to installing a new one. We decided it made more sense to get a new one with a warranty than risk future problems with an old unit. Walt removed the old, meticulously installed the new with all new connections, etc. Very pleased with work done! Thank you, Walt!
