I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. I am so glad my neighbors all referred me to Paradise Septic!

A couple of days ago I heard this very loud noise coming from my utility closet and thought it was my a/c. . after having an a/c tech come out to investigate, he narrowed down the sound to be a broken water pipe under my home. . After turning off the main waterline, I began looking through the pages of our small community phone book and found an ad from Anthony's Plumbing. I called and had a plumber come out early the next morning. Avery was his name. . he was dressed in his uniform of a pure white shirt and navy pants. . knowing he would have to climb under my home (which of course was very muddy due to all the water that had poured out of the pipes) I thought he would soon be in a Tide commercial. . (that's a funny). . he changed his white shirt uniform to his all navy jumpsuit and climbed under my home to detect what the damage would be. Once he advised me of the cost of the material and repair cost, Avery once again changed out of the muddy uniform to go to the local hardware store. . he came back a few mins later and climbed back under my home. . fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Avery is a person who is not only ready to get his feet wet, he was determined to get his job done correctly, even though he had to go to the battle twice. YEP. . this is what Anthony Plumbing hires. . good men who are willing to get muddy in the process.
