We had an electrical issue in our new home and called a couple different companies on Angie's List, neither company called me back. Third try was 24 HR Valleywide Electric and David answered and was at my door on the estimated time he told me. He fixed the problem quickly, he was professional and friendly. I have his business card and if any other electrical issues arise I will definitely hire David.

Our refrigerator kept tripping a breaker, so we called John (he came highly recommended from my brother-in-law). John fit us in the very next day, in spite of his very busy appointment schedule. Not only did he quickly fix the breaker wiring issue, but gave us VERY helpful appliance tips to save us money each month. Wow, that’s above and beyond what we expected. Definitely will call him again if we ever need an electrician!!! ???

I waited a full week to see if there would be some form of follow up from my service last week before posting my review.
I originally saw the work van on Grand & Vet Owned caught my eye (& tugged at me since my family consists of many branches of service over several generations. I called & set up an appointment for an estimate.
Work needed was a new run in my garage to install the Ring Flood Light, & relocation of the doorbell wiring to accommodate the Ring Video Doorbell. The original appointment I scheduled, I got a call at the end of the window of time I expected the electrician. I was informed they were tied up on a job & needed to reschedule. I get it, things happen & for me it was no big deal, but if someone took off work for the estimate, it would have been a wasted day.
2 Days later, the electrician came on time, was friendly & personable. I felt the estimate was a bit high, but I also know most companies charge for a visit just for an estimate, coupled with the knowledge it was a Vet owned business...I opted to schedule the work. I explained the situation with the doorbell need & wiring the floodlight. The estimate was $1,100 less a military discount (which I did think was thoughtful considering the price) I asked about the patch work for the cuts to the drywall & sadly was told I would be left with the cut outs screwed in & would need to get a drywall guy to make look like nothing was done. Still. I scheduled the next available time.
I showed my wife the estimate & she to was a little concerned about the price for the job. We agreed it needed to be done nonetheless.
The electrician arrived around noon & went right to it. I pointed out the installation of the ring products weren't listed on the estimate, but he said it wasn't a problem, he will take care of it. I also had an outlet I asked him to look at while he was here. It had a loose wire that burned our vacuum plug. I asked how much to fix & the answer kind of stunned me...$100.00. So, a $4.00 part & 5 minutes rated a charge of $100.00. Since he stated it was a wonder the house didn't burn down...I allowed him to replace the burned outlet. A total of 5 hours later, he said he was done, I gave him my card to charge, signed & parted ways. I had a softball game to coach & we were at the edge of our time to leave.
When we got home, I was able to actually pay attention to details. I did the programming of the doorbell & went through troubleshooting with the tech from Ring. It was determined that the fault is in the wiring & not in the floodlight. I pulled the floodlight off & viewed the black wire was cut on mounting the light. Removing the light arced & tripped my circuit to the entire garage. The garage door open, I did not want to leave my home unsecured. Now 9 PM, I recalled this company was 24 hours. My call was answered by a pleasant woman who said this would be passed on. I asked if I would be charged for this after hours service call even though it was the electricians mistake. I got no definitive answer & the return call came some 11 hours later.
I could not stand the thought of leaving my home unsecured for the night as I have valuables in my garage & after waiting 2-3 hours for the return call...decided to fix it myself. Not the handiest person with a screw driver...I felt no other viable option, but I was greatly disappointed to say the least. When I went to the front door, I found all the debris from the job still on the floor & in my daughters hamster cage. I would have thought at least the dust & drywall parts on the floor would have been tended to.
Joe Lake (the electrician) returned my call at 8:06 AM. He explained when he got the call, he had already turned in for the night & just got the message in the morning. I explained I had to repair the wire because I couldn't leave my home unsecured. While I did get an apology...that was the extent of it. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I have used Econolight many times over the past 10 years. Every single time I have had them in my homes I am impressed by their professionalism and care. Most recently we had their electrician Jay at our home to perform an inspection and routine repairs. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and why in easy-to-understand terms. Econolight is the only electrical contractor to use in the Phoenix area, hands-down.

Jeff did an electrical inspection on our house, he was the most knowledgeable person I’ve had come out. Jeff was respectful and kind. He explains everything to us so that we would understand. Jeff gave us options , he never pressured us into anything. We are effectively going to have PCSI do all our electrical work! I would recommend this company to everyone!

Aleksey did an excellent job in our property. We asked him for some basic upgrade and we were very pleased with the estimate, the schedule and the execution. We went with wiring pros because they have the complete package. David came to give the estimate. He came up with methods and solutions the best. He had recommendations that saved me money and didn't turn my house into Swiss cheese.

We took his suggestions and shopped around some more. They were $50 more than 2 other companies and $900 less than Turn it On Electric. But David from Wiring Pros made us feel most confident.

His guys showed up as scheduled. The 2 of them worked very well together. They were neat and clean. We were very impressed.

About a week later we had a problem with one of the fixtures they had installed a switch for. They came back right away and merely changed a light bulb?

The electrician, Armando was a fantastic person to come out to my home to give me an estimate. I wanted to take my island out which had three electrical outlets that needed to be decommissioned,. He was very professional, and personable he gave me suggestions. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything . he found that my GFI in my kitchen was not up to code, and made me aware of that and price that out too if I chose to do it which I did,. The remodel of my kitchen I feel confident is going to be successful with all the correct electrical work that has been done by Armando and Gideon electric service.

I called OneShot to take care of a few outlets that weren’t working.
Gabe came out the very next day and fixed the issue right away.
He was professional and he explained everything he was doing.

A few days after the initial visit, some of the outlets weren’t working. I called back and he immediately came back and investigate a broken wire that was causing problems at other outlets.
