Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!

I called Custom Plumbing because my toilets were all backed up in my home and they came out that night and cleared my drain which was only $69. The next day, was followed up with a phone call asking how everything was! First time a company has ever done this for me, at least. I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy I used Parker & Sons.

We had a great experience. Our water heater busted and we were able to get a new one installed within 24 hours. We were even able to get an earlier appt due to a cancellation on the same day. Plus their quote was a few hundred less then the other two we received. We feel really good about the service and price!

Alan is amazing. He arrived on time, replaced a kitchen faucet, and replaced pipes under the bathroom sink. He fixed a leak on a valve under the bathroom cabinet. He was quick and did an excellent job. He also recommended a restoration company for all the damage the leak has caused. He cleaned his areas and took the old pipes and faucet with him. Thank you for making this experience smooth and done right the first time I will recommend Alan to anyone that needs a plumber.

This was the rudest most unprofessional plumber I've ever worked with. My water heater still is NOT fixed its been 3 weeks. They don't return calls and seems no one knows anything whenever you do get through. Never been more disappointed with a business.
