Had a water heater go out on a Sunday ... DiamondBack Plumbing was able to come over with in just a couple hours and have it replaced. Price was absolutely fair and more than competitive. Justin performed quality work at the utmost professional level. He was personable and patient with my questions. I therefore scheduled a few more small items to be done later in the week around the house ... couldn't be more pleased.

We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. Christian Myhre came out to give me an estimate on a soft water loop and filtration system. He was extremely professional and knowledgable, knew the answer to all my questions and discussed other options that would solve my problems. I got estimates for multiple projects and would highly recommend Brewer and to request Christian specifically for your plumbing needs.

Tried to charge me $6k to repair my AC for a $1,200 repair. Asked how much for a new unit and they quoted me $18k for my small house. Sales guy tried over complicating the explanation when he saw no man around and I felt they tried to take advantage. Called someone else and had a much better experience where they didn’t try to rip me off.

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

I'll definately call Simon's Plumbing if I need service again. He is prompt, professional, courteous, and fair with pricing. A little context, I called a national company that I had used years ago, they showed up over 3 hours late and they quoted 3 times as much as what Simon's charged. I will use Simon's Plumbing for all future issues.
