Fast service, Bryan (Plumber) was an honest expert in his field. Great advice and fast work. Took a star off because the customer service rep decided not to disclose baseline charges upfront. It makes the exchange feel like bait and switch. Overall the cost was reasonable which makes the customer service rep's communications seem unnecessary.

Wyatt was outstanding - besides snaking the system, he identified the drain problem from washer & took care of it. He explained possible causes & explained next step should there be further issues. Besides great communication skills, he was prompt & courteous.

We just had a great experience with them. The specialist who came out, Daniel Awwad, was the nicest guy. He was so friendly and professional and very honest. He was very upfront about everything we needed fixed- what was urgent and what could wait. We will absolutely call him if we ever have any other issues! My technician Broc was superb. He helped troubleshoot a noise issue and the replaced a failed UV system. He was very thorough and professional and took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I couldn’t ask for anything better in terms of high quality service.

Great experience for the 2nd time with Apache Plumbing! My tech Ben was great at clearing the blocked line and making sure all the lines were flowing. I have a home warranty, but have had bad experience with who they send out, so I call Apache now! They were recommended by an "old school" retired plumber and I'd highly recommend!

My husband and I used APS for a plumbing inspection on a house. They gave us a 4 hour window and called when they were 1 hour out (which schedule wise was very helpful). They were efficient and answered all of our questions! Cody was knowledgeable and friendly; very pleased with the services and will use again!
