Kyler was tech for plumbing. He was great. He also helped to take out and install new dishwasher after changing out all the old, stuck valves and repaired toilet.Jaz was tech for AC check up. I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. Broken pipe between well and house; leaky shower and broken toilet flushing mechanism. This was a Sunday emergency and Tim, the plumber was here for most of the day - including time spent getting the right parts. The quality of the work was excellent and Tim was the consummate professional in every way. The experience was not cheap, but the quality of what I got more than made up for that. I will definitely return.

If there is anything we as customers want, it is communication. D.W. is amazing on this. Another missing attribute in most companies is their care for their co-workers. Not to get too personal, but We needed some work (not super urgent) but we had be informed there was a scheduling issue and their crew was in need of time off. What other company is going to call you to share their concern, let alone call you to reschedule. I've been in the Multifamily world for almost 17 years. This is uncommon. In a business, most people want that family bond, it seems D.W. has this and it matters.

We wanted to protect our first-floor condo from building plumbing backups, so asked for a plumbing work order for 3x check valves on our bathroom sinks. The Andrews technician gathered the parts, worked an issue with one problem sink design, and completed the work without delay. We received a good value for this rather medium-large investment and home improvement.

Alliance Plumbing was in my apartment complex making some repairs today, and as the workers were leaving, a young man named Tory saw me struggling to carry a bookcase by myself - I was making it a few feet before having to stop, then another few feet, stop, etc. He was nice enough to offer to carry it, and took it all the way up the stairs to my second floor apartment. He was super gracious about the whole thing, and you just don't meet a lot of people who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger out like that... He didn't ask for this review either, I felt compelled to make it.
