Apointment scheduled easily, service was scheduled for between 2 and 5pm, the crew arrived just after 2. Started and finished and were gone before I knew it.

We had a horrible sewage backup at our brand new rental in both bathrooms 3 days after moving in. Our property management hired Moon Valley to come and fix it and I’m glad they did. Noah immediately got on the roof and started working and in less than a hour the problem was fixed. They arrived on time and I was more than satisfied with the work that Noah did. Highly recommend!

2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

We had a new gas stove installed. This required a gas line be dropped. Doug did an amazing job. On time, cleaned up after his work, love our new stove!

When I had a leak below my upstairs shower, I was able to get a same day appointment with technician Dave Mounts. He was very professional and friendly. He even inspected all of the connections in my house and cleaned up the work area. He did such a great job that I had him come back to replace an old toilet. I would highly recommend him and Parker and Sons to anyone.

Who doesn't finish the work that was paid for? This company. I am now having more problems than I had before they did the work and they refuse to schedule and come back. It's been 2 weeks and I am still getting the run around.

Josh from Pruitts is AMAZING! They're always on time and love the text messages! However, the Client Service Team could use some coaching. Our hot water heater went out and I explained that our hot water heater is the main source of heat for my house, and asked if there was any way someone could come out sooner as the temperature dropped to around 20 degrees at night. I was promptly shot down and was told that the weather was not her problem While I understand that your company is busy, no one desers to be told that.

Josh and the guys at Cobra had helped me out when I rented an apartment. I just bought a house and the master bathroom shower backed up in less than 30 days, so I called Josh. Cobra came by, checked all the drains in the house, cleared the drain, and did it all in less than 15 minutes. Super fast, very nice, no problems at all. Josh is always responsive. 10/10. I’ll use Cobra the rest of my time in this house. Thanks Josh!
