Had RO system installed

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

Just had our semi-annual checkup with Day and Night and they were absolutely great again. Their customer service is fantastic. David, our technician was thorough, honest, explained and documented everything. He made sure I understood what was needed on our aging system. We have been using Day and Night for years. Truly a top notch company in every sense.

Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.
